Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kuşadası

Much spacious and better than imagined from the pictures. The garden also impressive. Recommendable.

We were able to arrive earlier than the official schedule, thank you Isil. Her charming grandmother living downstairs gave us the key. Several floors offer several bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped but the highlight of this house is the quiet and it is not negligible in Kusadasi, and the balcony of beautiful size where we often had lunch. We park on the street right in front, it's convenient. Good location for visiting the archaeological remains of Ephesus to the north, Priene and Miletus to the south, and of course Kusadasi by expressways. A very good memory and friendly contact with Isil's grandmother.

This place was everything me and my friends were hoping for a more! My friends (who tend to stay only in 5 star hotels) and I were very happy. The views are amazing. Okan went above and beyond for anything we needed. I cannot recommend him and this Airbnb enough.

Nilgun's house is in the perfect location in Selcuk. Everything is within walking distance. Very close to the train station and town centre. Also walkable to Ephesus. If you are driving, there is a carpark at the door. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for a big family. The large terrace courtyard is a big bonus too. I would stay here again.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

completely by chance, I saw the airbnb site and Ms. Emine's house. I read the comments, everyone wrote amazing things, and everything looked very nice in the photos, but I was a little nervous because I was going to go with the guest and, frankly, they were difficult to please my guests :) Ms. Emine greeted us and I felt like I was in my own house as soon as I entered the house. Everything was immaculately tidy and tastefully furnished. The kitchen utensils were clean as if they had never been used and everything was dropped. The beds were spotless and comfortable, and I was very comfortable as someone with herniated disc. i literally looked for something dusty or dirty in the house, but there wasn't one Ms. Emine had planned and arranged everything in the house as if it were her own and the result was really magnificent... you can go and stay with peace of mind. Very nice grocery store, bakery, butcher market, all very easily accessible. The sea is already perfect I would like to thank Ms. Emine on my behalf and on behalf of my guests. I plan to go again in the summer:)

Enis was literally waiting on the pavement for us when we arrived. His very interesting shop is on the ground floor. The apartment was spotless, everything worked well. A lot of detail and effort has gone into the layout and design of the apartment. The bed was comfortable and it had pillow protectors and good pillows. Wi-Fi good. We didn’t need the air conditioning at all despite it being very warm outside. The sun doesn’t enter the apartment and it kept cool. The balcony is large and has great views of the aqueduct, storks nests, fort and side of St. John’s basilica. There are some excellent local restaurants and Enis’s recommendations are valid as is his knowledge of the local area. You can walk to Ephesus on a walk path - it’s about 3 km or you can get a fixed price taxi (about a five minute walk to bus/taxi station - 400 lira). Get there at 8 and avoid the cruise ship crowds. Highly recommended accommodation. We stayed 7 nights. There is a lot to do and see around Selçuk.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

The house is as beautiful as in the photos, but the neighborhood where the house is located was very nice, it was calm and peaceful, Mr. Halil and Ms. Gülbeyaz were very interested, we felt like we were at home, everything needed in the house, the items were new and immaculate, there are many historical places to visit, and since the nature park on the wish peninsula to swim was closed due to the fire, we preferred Venus beach with a lot of sound and unique beauty, a house we will go to again, thank them.

The stay was good, even though a duvet smelled of cigarette smoke, although it is normal for everyone to smoke in this country. However, it would have been good if they had changed the duvet, but otherwise it was fine.

In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

The host was quite nice and everything in the house was new and clean. Only the house and building were old, so of course there are minor disruptions, the hot water ran out after a while, etc., but overall everything was good

The absolute best experience. Ali and his friends and family were so special and helpful with everything. We also received fresh pastries every morning!! Beyond hospitable and close to everything. One of the absolute best cities to visit. We will be back and we will stay here!!!!

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed the holiday very much. The apartment is located in a beautiful complex with a fantastic view. If you value a quiet relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. The panoramic restaurant on the premises offers a great breakfast and delicious dishes in the evening. A car is recommended.

Great apartment and amazing location close to all amenities will definitely return
