Kusadasi plaja 100 m. Studio apartment with SEA VIEWS

It is located 100 meters from the sea of women beach, the most beautiful beach in Kuşadası. Migros and grocery stores are available at 50 meters. Swimming distance to the beach. It is 5 minutes to the city center. Ephesus and meryemana or 15 right cars. Our rooms are in the form of a studio apartment and can accommodate 4 or 5 people comfortably.

Our stay at Hotel Nilya was wonderful! Walking into the courtyard from the street was magical, and we were greeted by a herd of the sweetest cats. After the warm welcome from the cats we were shown to our room before being invited down for tea and plenty of helpful information. We ended up booking a tour guide through the hotel for the next day to take us through Ephesus, and it couldn't have been better. Our guide grew up in the city, and his knowledge was so holistic, and he was also very kind. The hotel decorations and furniture are also stunning, and the showers are perfect. A highlight was the Turkish Breakfast served to us at the hotel. Needless to say, we felt very cared for, and we can't recommend the hotel enough if you're traveling through!

Sandra's place was in a great location, walkable to all the shops and the boardwalk in Kusadasi. She has a rooftop terrace with an outstanding panoramic view. The breakfast she provides as part of the stay is awesome... eggs, fresh fruit, fresh baked bread from a local bakery, and coffee or Turkish tea. Sandra is great at communicating and told us all about the town and had great local restaurant recommendations. We were treated like family and felt right at home. Highly recommend.

This beautiful hotel is a wonderful place to explore the charming town of Selcuk from. We wished we were staying longer than one night! Both the decor and lovely courtyard and breakfast are as wonderful as people have described here, and the owners and staff are all super kind and helpful.
