Places to stay in Naxos

I need to firstly point out that we had an absolutely fantastic host! One of a kind!! We were met at the port (our arrival on the island) by our host, her children as well as a car rental agent (with a car ready for us)! She arranged everything in advance for us and it went smoothly ! Our host (Irini) lead us to the property (a short 10 min drive from the port). The house was immaculate and exactly as the pictures showed. We were very impressed and felt right at home. We even were lucky enough to be welcomed with a homemade loafcake, some juice and eggs! 🤩! Beautiful home, location and host!

Stavros was onsite and really helpful with everything, getting us in to the stunning Rotonda restaurant, and arranging a second car; no problem. Once we realised everyone did use the amazing pool all day and we could walk to the beach in 15 minutes, and walk ten minutes to windsurfing lessons, everyone was happy! We struggled slightly getting everyone comfortably around the outside table but Stavros helped extend it, and when we were 12 for a couple of nights we used the upstairs terrace. Overall a really lovely stay. Thank you Stefanos, and thank you Stavros!

We felt right at home as soon as we got in. It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a nice little beach bar with a beautiful beach and an amazing pool. The host were really helpful and we never felt like we were bothering them. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone who wants a secluded stay not to far from Naoussa. We had an amazing time. This was the perfect place to land in Naxos and I’ll definitely stay again if I return. Best air bnb experience I’ve had ever. I rented a car and was easily able to traverse the steep rural driveway, get groceries, go into Naxos, and visit the mountain villages - all while coming back to a serene, beautiful haven. The walk down to the beach every morning and the view from bed every night and morning made me actually laugh with joy. There’s no way to capture it in pictures. As a solo female traveler, I felt super safe and supported by Mike’s quick, responsive communication for logistics as well as recommendations. Just a wonderful, memorable place that I was sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. Alexander's apartment is lovely and perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the Port. Upon arrival, we were met at the port & driven to the apartment. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the shops, restaurants & bus stop/taxi stand. It is also close to a grocery store, wonderful bakeries & more where the locals shop. Alexander furnished an excellent guide the the island and responded promptly to any inquiries. The only down side was the showers wich are adequate, but not luxurious. This property is a great value and we highly recommend it.

The apartment is fantastic and in a very central location. You can find great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Katarina was a very friendly and lovely host and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend staying at Katerinas place to everyone.

Beautiful apartment. The views is the sea and Temple of Apollo were beautiful. So gorgeous. Parking is not directly at apartment but about 200 meters away. We are very mobile so that wasn’t an issue but I mention in case mobility is an issue for someone. The host did let us take our luggage out right at condo so we did not have to carry it from the parking away. Hot water was fantastic. It was very convenient location to the beautiful port area and the Temple of Apollo. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for your Naxos stay.

This place is great, very spacious, beautiful balcony view, and it even feels private and peaceful although it is in Naxos Town where most of the action and noise is, you can’t really hear any noise from town at the airbnb. The hosts were very responsive, they even came to my rescue when I accidentally locked myself out doing laundry. I would stay here again and for the price it is very well worth it! The only thing to note is if you have a lot of baggage and luggage, it is a little tricky to wheel up the cobblestone and once you get to the airbnb it is a very narrow and steep staircase. I would suggest packing lighter than I did ;) My ferry arrived after dark around midnight and it was a little hard to navigate where to meet the host because it was dark outside and I was unfamiliar with Naxos. I met her about 10 mins away from the port near Apollon hotel and I followed her another 5 mins up the hill. It was just a bit exhausting after traveling all day to carry all the luggage.

Our stay was wonderful. Stelios and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is peaceful and private. Bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable and stocked with all you need. The fruit, coffee, wine were a nice and unexpected touch. The private pool was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again if visiting Naxos.

My stay at Manolis' Airbnb was truly unforgettable! Nestled in a peaceful, remote area surrounded by nature, it's the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. A car is necessary since there's no public transport, but it's well worth the drive. The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed. The best part was the stunning sunrise view—waking up to that beautiful scene every morning was magical. Plus, you're super close to the sea, with plenty of beautiful beaches nearby to explore, perfect for a quick swim or a relaxing seaside walk. Manolis was an amazing host, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking sunrises and easy access to multiple beaches, this is the place to be! I'm definitely coming back! P.S. There are great restaurants nearby, just a short 10-minute drive away, perfect for enjoying delicious local food after a day by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Naxos! The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved spending time in the yard and by the pool—it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She made check-in seamless and was very flexible with us, which we really appreciated. The property is located about 15 minutes outside of Naxos town, so a rental car is definitely a must. It gave us the freedom to explore the island easily, and the peaceful setting was well worth the short drive. One thing to note is that the third bedroom is more like an enclosed patio. It worked perfectly for our group, but it may not be ideal for everyone depending on your needs. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

Amazing house with a wonderful host. Nothing troubles Stella she just wants to make sure you have an amazing time in her house. The house is better than the pictures , the location is fantastic and the house is super clean. No doubt that if we go back to Naxos we will stay here again 100% recommend!

We had a fantastic week here! It was wonderful with our two small kids. The neighborhood was fantastic and extremely walkable. We were able to try a new coffee shop every morning and a new restaurant every night. Our hosts were very friendly and having them send a taxi to the airport made check in extremely easy.

We had a really wonderful time in Kastraki! The apartment was clean and well appointed, and the veiw from the terrace was dreamy. We woke up to crashing waves and a view of the beach, and ended the days with a view of the sun setting over the sea.. We hope we'll be back soon. A perfect holiday ❤️

A wonderful stay in wonderful Filoti. Exceptio accommodation with wonderful touches and treats for arrival. Absolutely recommended and will stay there again
