DownTownVilla is situated in the heart of old town Naxos, 10-min walk from the ferry and 5 min from Aghios Georgios beach. Surrounded by convenient stores, it offers easy access to essentials. Spanning three floors and totaling 140 sq m, the villa features outdoor terraces on two levels with beautiful sea views. A secure parking area is also available. Bus stop is located nearby and guests can easily explore the island's beaches and villages. DTV is the perfect retreat for experiencing Naxos!

Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Located 10' on foot from the Port, 1'-2' from the Market and other places of interest (castle, museums, etc) and entertainment (bars, restaurants, etc). If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!
