Vacation rentals with beach access in Kuşadası

An amazing stay, right in the heart of the street markets of Kuşadası and only a few minutes by minibus/car for a cheap price to the beaches or beach clubs that are paid entry. Host is responsive immediately and ensured we had all we needed. We had a five year old child with us, in regards to the noise she slept perfectly fine was never bothered at all by the music. Neither were we, it wasn’t that bad for us I guess it depends on the person. Clean on arrival as well. Thank you very much for this perfect stay hope to see you again one day :)

This is a unique and very nice option if you are visiting the area for a few days. It’s clean, comfortable and the castle and church are directly across the street. The view from the balcony is something you’ll enjoy with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The apartment has unique wooden carved furniture and Enis is happy to tell you the history of the furnishings. Be sure to visit his shop a short walk down the street. We appreciated how much he cared for our well being and comfort.

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

I don't know where to start. Ms. Derya was in contact with us from our constant journey. She even informed her about Kusadasi by e-mail. Even if he was not at the location, Mr. Zeynel, who took care of the house, was very pleased with us. She even gave us a video recipe when she sent us a home location. She greeted us and told us all the necessary things. First, I visited the house, the items and the house was spotless. Everything was perfect from the cloth slippers to the towels in the hotel room. It wasn't a hotel room but there was more rigorous work. I opened the closet, everything from beer to water was arranged. There were leaflets for all entertainment and sports activities such as boat tours, banners, Safari tours, etc. The notebook was available for our opinions, which is very nice. It was a house with a great 180 degree view. Especially the terrace on the top floor was spectacular. There is no other structure on the same level as you. There are views on each floor. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood. The roads are a little bad because it's a relatively new residential neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Since it is an uphill area, it may be a bit of a problem without a car. There are large chain markets 10 minutes away. The house is built as a twin villa, the host lives right next door. Although it is usually a situation that is thought to be a problem, this is not a problem, they are very sweet people :) The host has very clear communication.

The house and garden are beautifully decorated. It is a very unique experience to live in a brick house for a few days. We enjoyed it.

Was a perfect stay for our large family. We asked for a cot to be set up last minute and it was provided, no questions asked. 10 minute drive to city centre and close to other local beach. Highly recommend!

Ms. Gülşah was very friendly and warm, we were very satisfied with this, renovation was necessary for a few places in the house, a quiet place as a neighborhood was not a disturbing factor, as I saw in another comment, it said that the neighbor was uncomfortable for the dogs, but we did not witness that the dogs barked a lot, it did not bother us, it was very suitable for us to have a peaceful and beautiful time.

It was our first Airbnb experience, we went with a lot of suspicion, but we had a stay exactly as we wanted, the house was perfect, the site was calm, the only drawback was that there was no separate pool, but it was very clean in the shared pool. First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

I came with my family to ask for girls from Malatya. The neighborhood where the house is located is perfect. Mr. Sergen's grandmother helped us a lot. We called the girl's side to eat, they provided us with the necessary shortcomings. We were very happy. They supported us on these important days. I was able to say how good people were. We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. M. was a wonderful house owner, he has been really helpful and always replied our messages immediately. He was flexible with our arrival day and also helped with our spontaneous requests.

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
