Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The apartment was fantastic, exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was present, and more. The apartment is located in the middle of lively Kokkari, but you are not bothered by noise because of the beautiful location. Hadi was a fantastic host, very welcoming, and gave us good tips on restaurants. The adopted cat Tiger was also a cozy extra while we sat on our terrace. We definitely recommend Hadi's apartment!!

We originally booked at the Naftilos location which ended up not being what we expected. We were on the ground floor which doesn’t accurately show in the pictures that it is more of a basement vibe. We didn’t have a view of the water and it was very dark. The furniture and fixtures were old and everything was rusted. When we communicated our dissatisfaction with the host they promptly and graciously moved us to their second location down the road. They provided us with transportation and didn’t charge us more. The new location was within walking distance of the beach and was brand new with beautiful fixtures and very clean. I was very pleased with how they accommodated us and their prompt response. I would stay here again because the hosts were great!

We had an unforgettable stay at Yannis' apartment. The house is located in the heart of Kokkari. All the neighbours made us feel very much at home and were more than friendly. We definitely recommend you staying here and hope to come back one day.

Hadi is one of the friendliest person I've ever met. He gave us a lot of good reccommendations, tips and tricks to use around town. The location of the place is in the heart of Kokkari surrounded with multiple great restaurants, bars and markets. Place itself is really cosy, clean and homelike. 10/10 would reccommend.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

Manolis provided a wonderful apartment & excellent communication. I highly recommend this combo! Parking your vehicle just outside of the port is smart. It’s tight to get your vehicle nearby.

Everything about the house was as it was in the photos and descriptions. Everything was thought out for the guests, I felt at home. The host who contacted me sent me all the details I needed to know about the house, and I had no problems at check-in. There was a problem with the internet, but he was extremely sensitive and did his best to resolve the situation and was quickly resolved. She was also helpful with the check-in and check-out time. It was a very positive experience. Thank you again.

You can't find anything closer and easier from the airport. You go out, cross the parking lot, walk 50 m and you find all the car rental parking lots. I recommend MANOS (1st parking lot), a nice, quick welcome. 20 m further on, you will find a path with a "Stefano Home" sign and at the end a large house with several apartments. Ours is on the ground floor. The keys were on the door, the place was spotless. Breakfast was waiting in the fridge and a welcome gift on the table (honey and wine). Everything is tiled. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Impeccable towels and bedding. Washing machine. Cleaning products available. Airco in living room and efficient and quiet room. 2 terraces, table, chairs and necessities for hanging laundry. Everything you need in the kitchen (perco, toaster, electric kettle, large fridge with freezer). Maria lives right next door. She is very kind, responsive (message on the site) and speaks English.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.
