Beachfront vacation rentals in Kuşadası

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

At the same time, the sea is at your feet. When we entered, the apartment was sparkling clean and we left the same way. The items were all new and quality. We communicated with Ms. Dilek on the phone, she did not greet us due to the busy check-in and we had to wait for a while, but we did not have much trouble with it. The house was very good in every way. The house had a barbecue, sun lounger, all the appliances, and even an umbrella. You can reach the sea right by the beach in 25 steps. There are grocery stores around 300 meters away, but everything you want to shop before going is not available at the grocery stores. Very ideal entrance for large groups of family and friends and very easy to find. There were just some bugs in the house, the water doesn't run hot, and when a few showers are turned on at the same time, the water almost doesn't flow. Overall, everything was very good, thank you very much for your hospitality.

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was amazing apartments with amazing sea view. Very peaceful place and not very crowded area. Suitable for the family or to relax and zone out. The apartments was very beautiful with elegant selection of the tiles and furnitures. The balcony is pretty big to relax and enjoy the sea view. I will definitely recommend this place to visit

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We accidentally booked two rooms for our stay. We didn't realize this but Yuksel did and told us how to get a refund for one of the rooms from Expedia. Our room had a wonderful and huge balcony/porch. The whole space was spotless with easy access to restaurants and shop and ample (and easy) street parking. The balcony/porch was the icing on the cake. Yuksel was extremely responsive and kind and helpful at all times. If I could go back today, I would! I think this was hands down our best Airb&b experience ever!

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. We were so satisfied that I recommended it to another friend today. Thank you for everything. Would I stay again? Yes

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Beautiful view as photos and friendly host

We were very happy with every aspect of our stay in Kusadasi on our trip to Kusadasi, where we went as a family. A place where you can stay for your holiday with peace of mind with the comfort of your own home and the attention and support of the host. Really close to the sea, 3 minutes by walk. It is also very close to Kusadasi Shopping Mall. Definitely recommend to all.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Taylan. Although the check-in time was 4, she helped us check in early when we talked because we arrived very early. A balcony was dirty, but this was because we wanted to enter early and the cleaning was interrupted. Air conditioning TV everything works smoothly. The only thing we don't like is that the double bed consists of the combination of single beds and that the two beds are constantly separated from the middle. Other than that, she was very kind and helpful with our problem, I prefer it again 👍🏻

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.

This is a great place - stunning view of the sea from the living area and a big terrace overlooking the beach. Sylvia was a very helpful and generous host. Good spot for a few days of swimming and rest. Thank you for having us!
