Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Styra Mare. A lovely newly built apartment with unlimited views of the South Evian Gulf and the pool of the complex. It is located in Delisos, a settlement of Nea Stira and is only 150 meters from the sandy beach. It consists of a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen-living room with 2 single beds and a bathroom.
It is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances and various household items.
