Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

We stayed for our honeymoon after the wedding. The layout of the house, the cleanliness, the furniture were very good. Just grab your bag and come, and we'd love it if you took care of the house for us to come back. Finally, Mr. Özkan is a very kind and understanding person, thank you very much for his hospitality.

Mr. Zeki and his wife Ms. Filiz were very interested in this process, we thank them very much. The house was quite tidy and clean. Everything we might need was considered. If we happen to be in that area, we'd like to stay again.

The villa is run by a hotel, giving the benefit of a house with the amenities of the hotel. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Meals and the pool at the hotel were great!

Everything is perfect for us.

We stayed at Ms. Zümrüt's house for 4 days. The house was what it looked like in the photos. There were items to meet all our basic needs. It's 10 minutes away from most places in terms of location. We also went to Sirince and Ephesus for a half hour drive around. Ms. Zümrüt was a very caring and friendly hostess. It provided an immediate response to all our questions. If we come back to Kusadasi, it was a house I would want to stay in. Thanks for everything:)

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Oya for her interest and concern. The family took very good care of us, welcomed us with warmth and allowed me to spend a few peaceful days with my family, my children were very happy, they swam in the pool, had fun, we felt at home, it couldn't have been better. Note: All necessary kitchenware is available at home, you can meet all your needs, everything from air conditioning to hot water, two families can stay comfortably. Ms. Oya is very interested and helps with the supply of whatever you need.

We were really pleased with the house and the host. Everything was as advertised, even better. They were very meticulous about cleaning, the house smelled like a home. It is also close to the center and in a quiet, peaceful location. The host was also very caring and kind, answering all our questions immediately. In short, we felt at home. I recommend it with peace of mind. If I happen to be in the area again, I'd choose it again without hesitation.

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

Can was always easily accessible until arrival and always friendly and helpful. There were problems with Can on arrival because I did not agree with the cleanliness of the kitchen. He was very unfriendly at first and was busy. However, he was able to teach himself later and apologize for his behavior. A cleaner came right away and cleaned the kitchen completely. After this small but very intense incident, he was again extremely helpful and very friendly, so we could feel comfortable and enjoy the holiday. The house is in a very well maintained and protected complex with security. It is well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool is very close to the house and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, there were hardly any other people there. We were there for 9 days at the end of August.
