The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kachelofen, großem Lounge- und dem Essbereich. Ebenso findest du hier die große Küche und eines der beiden Bäder mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Pissoir. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Kufstein on the Inntal cycle path, 100 m away from a cozy snack bar, 10 minutes away from the Kaiseraufstieg, the entrance to the Kaiser Mountains, all within walking distance. Tours can be offered upon request. The city of Kufstein (train station) and the Kaiserlift can be reached by bike or city bus in 10 minutes. The large fenced garden invites you to play, barbecue and relax. The kitchen with Nespresso machine is new and very well equipped.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. On 200 m² of living space, you can live well in Reith near Kitzbühel. With a secluded huge garden, large driveway in front of the door and a garage for cars, bicycles and everything you need … the golf course and the swimming lake is around the corner and invites you to activities. An open fireplace and a tiled stove ensure cozy evenings.

Alpine chalet with sauna and fantastic mountain views

The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
