It was a super nice week in your very cozy and stylishly furnished home. We felt comfortable right from the start and it was also super relaxed with three children. Very quiet location to completely unwind. Great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. The combination with the stream and sauna was also a dream! Amazing place, we're coming back here for the second time already. Beautiful appliances in a fabulous location. There is everything you need for a good rest and life. Very convenient location, all infrastructure is nearby. We were met by an extraordinary woman Marika, she is very pleasant, sweet and as a real hostess keeps the whole house clean and tidy and takes care of every guest. We highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again :)

Barbara was the friendliest air bnb owner to meet! She was very open and warm, showed us around and explained everything and was always quickly accessible. We thought it was especially sweet that she gave us recommendations for the area and offered us her homemade bread! The sauna and subsequent ice bathing are also the perfect rest after a ski day. We would always come back! Best wishes from Sebi, Max, Joshua and Paul!

The place was very cozy and rustically decorated. The fireplace in the living room made the whole house super warm very quickly. The kitchen was well equipped and you could prepare food wonderfully for 8 people. The connection to the ski resorts was great, the train and bus were reached after a 5-minute walk. There are a few restaurants nearby. The sauna was really a treat :) We can definitely recommend the cottage and would come back again. Communication with the hostess was great. She was always quick to reach if there were any questions.

We booked the place for a weekend. The communication and check-in were super straightforward. Everything was clean and tidy. In addition, the accommodation offers lots of space. In the garden we were greeted by the two ducks and were able to listen to the stream. We will be happy to come back :)

"Kleinundfein" actually means this cute accommodation and that is 100% true: you immediately feel at home and welcome.♡ The location is great with a view of the mountain and the sound of the mountain stream. The property has its own entrance with a table and chairs in front of it. You can simply enjoy your coffee with the mountain view. Everything is right in the accommodation too!Absolutely recommend!!!

We (2 families with 3 young kids) loved the peaceful and beautiful location of this house: you never get tired of the mountain scenery as a backdrop to the pond. We had great weather which made the swimming a daily activity to enjoy with the kids. The kitchen being near the outside table makes it easy to have all meals outside, even during the rain since the terrace is covered. Convenience stores are less than 10min away and this was the perfect base for us to discover the different kids destinations the Alps have to offer (Elmi, Hexenwasser, Alpinolino, etc.). One small remark is that the rooms at -1 are less attractive than the ones at the ground floor because of the higher humidity. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay and would come here again with our kids.

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

Everything was great – the place was clean, well equipped (except possibly a cutting board, which could still be added) and exactly as described. Communication with the host was straightforward. Clear recommendation! Hiking can be done right outside the front door without problems and I can also recommend a trip to Kufstein and Thiersee.

Great place for families. The apartment was shared between two families (4 adults, and 3 kids), enough space for the kids to play, and to get together in the living room while cooking. The rooms are spacious and the common areas too. We were the first ones to use the apartment after renovation, so everything was super new. The play area outside with the trampoling was great for the kids to burn some energy after breakfast or before dinner. I would recommend it to other families

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! As soon as we entered, we were delighted with the spacious and modern furnishings, which offered everything we wanted. The apartment was really exactly as described – clean, well thought out and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the kitchen. The highlight was definitely the large balcony, which invited you to linger. Right outside the door there is a playground and in the building a playroom that delighted our little ones. The location is perfect for those who like to be outdoors. Hiking trails start almost right outside the front door and even the most beautiful excursion destinations can be reached quickly. A small downside was that the apartment was a bit noisy – but that didn't spoil the otherwise perfect stay. We would recommend the place and will be back! :)

It was clean and had a nice view. Everything was right, there were problems at check-in because someone took our key, otherwise everything went perfectly. The gym is quite okay on the third floor, you have enough opportunities to keep fit even during a break. Otherwise fridge, beds etc. everything was okay, large balcony.

The accommodation is a vacation home that is integrated into a former hotel guesthouse. Both booking and check-in were extremely straightforward. On site, you get your key via a digitally controlled box and there is no personal contact at all - in my eyes very Drinnie-friendly and completely okay. The accommodation shows that it has seen better times, nevertheless everything is clean and fine. The phenomenally low price is crucial for a maximum positive review. Note: the usable WiFi network is open, which means on the one hand a slightly annoying login screen every time you log in (again). On the other hand, for security reasons, the use of a VPN is recommended. In addition, the existing smart TV is not smart, but can unfortunately only be used for linear television. But maybe that slows it down a little...

great location, the fantastic lake, so close... I feel like there was no house on the lake, which was closer. I was on site for four days and never used my car. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Kitchenette and bathroom, everything perfect. We'd love to come back!
