This is a lovingly and stylishly renovated farmhouse which dates back to 1771 on the sunny plateau of Bad Häring on 650m above sealevel at the foot of the Great Pölven. The farmhouse has been restored carefully considering the preservation of the unique historic character. The combination of the authentic character with a classy design makes this holiday chalet to a unique place to stay at - a place to relax and to refresh your soul. You will enjoy some quality time in the idyllic garden or on the sunny terrace with a nice view over the horse pasture. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with tiled stove and a modern, completely equipped kitchen with eating area as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower and a double wash basin.Also, there is a seperate WC and a small storage room. All rooms are provided floor heating. The garden comes with a furnished terrace Upstairs there are 3 beautiful bedrooms with antique and new wood, all equipped with flatscreen TVs. A bathroom with free-standing bathtub and double wash basin and WC is located there too. Furthermore there is a balcony.

It was completely renovated in 2016 & very comfortably modernized without destroying the originality & flair of this Tyrolean farmhouse. Supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental, etc. are within walking distance. "Car-free, I'm in" is a real option here. The ski bus stops at the house (4 min to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski world), opposite the train station (10 min Hahnkammbahn & Kitzbühel)
