Located in the beautiful Risstal valley, you can start mountain tours directly from the hut or discover the beautiful diversity of the Karwendel. This lovely little cabin offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. Surrounded by mountains, it invites you to do some hiking and explore the beautiful nature of the Karwendel. It is located in a small village one hour south of Munchen.

Stylish coziness in Haus Margarete

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
