For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The private south-side balcony ensures a unique, breathtaking view over the magnificent alpine scenery of the Stubai Glacier and the beautiful natural surroundings.

For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Fichterhof

Our Fichtern farm is located at the foot of the Bichlalm approx. 20 minutes walk from the city center and is home to 15 horses and 2 ponies. The apartment is located in the attic with extra entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and balcony, bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. Our tap water is the best in the world, you don't have to carry still water.

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.
