Ski in, ski out! There is no better way to describe this beautiful, detached apartment house with 2 apartments directly on the ski slope of Kirchberg. In the morning, directly on the slopes, without a ski bus or waiting in line - fantastic! The apartment building is located on the slope to the Fleckalmbahn. The house was built in 2018 and furnished according to the latest standards. Both apartments have a separate terrace. Ski storage or storage room is available directly in the same building.

Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

NEW: Designer cottage/700 m near Alpbach/Wildschönau

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in my cabin renovated with a lot of love! For me always a break from everyday life where I can quickly recharge my batteries! Dogs are welcome! The cottage is fenced. In front of the door you can walk just around the corner into the forest or to Berglsteiner See in 5 minutes! For skiing you can go to the Wildschönau 25 min or the Alpbachtal 20 min or the Zillertal.... Or just do nothing and enjoy nature!

Our small apartment offers space for up to 2 people. The apartment is a one-room apartment with a small kitchenette, sitting area and double bed. The balcony invites you to linger and offers a wonderful mountain view. The small apartment for 2 persons: 25m² balcony fridge Electric stove coffee machine shower, WC TV central heating Bed linen and towels are provided

KRUCKENHAUS vacation home (100 m² to feel good)

Farm surrounded by great hiking trails. Beautiful mountain tours can be undertaken in our region: Spring and fall Idyllic quiet hiking paradise In summer 15-minute walk to Lake Berglstein 25-minute walk to Lake Reintal In winter, our ski resorts are Alpbach (20 min) Wilder Kaiser (25 min) or the Zillertal (30 min) are quickly reached by car.

Kastnhäusl Wildschönau - rustic hut with mountain views

High up in the Wildschönau away from the hustle and bustle is our rustic Kastnhäusl at almost 1100 m. Completely renovated inside, up to 5 people can stay with us in the cottage on approx. 70 square meters, cook or barbecue together and in the evening sit comfortably by the stove or enjoy the best view on the large sun terrace.

Large Schorpenhof apartment

Come as a guest and leave as a friend. Welcome to Schorpenhof. The newly built large Schorpenhof apartment can accommodate 10 people. Pure relaxation overlooking the Zillertal mountains. The Spieljoch, Hochzillertal and Hochfügen ski resorts are close by. Tourist tax €1.50 person/day is to be paid locally.
