Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and there remained nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back again.

We have rarely experienced such heartwarming hospitality! Uta and Volker personally welcomed us and showed us everything in the house+garden; even chilled drinks were waiting for us in the fridge and there was a supply of spices, tea, etc. Regarding the sleeping habits of our 3-year-old son, they were totally flexible and prepared a bed for him both on the upper floor and put a mattress on the floor in our large bedroom. Every day they inquired about our wellbeing and gave us great excursion tips. The house was sparkling clean and the garden very well maintained. We slept very well (see also their website "Tyrolean nature sleep"). Throughout the house we have seen various works of art from the owner, who fascinated us very much and which gave the accommodation its very personal charm. The view from the balcony and the garden terrace was simply stunning. 1000 characters are too few here! Thanks!! :-)

The apartment is an amazing place to spend a wonderful holiday in Going. The accommodation is perfectly located. It is super clean and neat, well equipped and very stylish with a gorgeous view. Communication was very easy. Jessica was very welcoming and supportive. All in all a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend.

Having been coming to Niederau for many years, we were very happy with our stay this year. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 (with 2 young children) and was very easy to access ski lifts. The spa area was brilliant also. The gripe would be the wristbands which were very unresponsive - which made getting into the property with kids, skis et al somewhat challenging! Otherwise a great stay and would love to return. Thank you 🙏

Everything was super good. The communication with the landlord was very good. Perfect hosts who are really interested in whether the guest feels comfortable and they do their best. The apartment is very nice, quiet well equipped and well located. The view from the terrace is amazing of the snowy mountains and green forest field, pastures. Quiet place yet everything is close by, restaurants, shops, hiking trails. Your neighbor has the cable car. The surrounding cities and villages are 20 minutes by car. I would definitely recommend it, we'll probably be back.

we love the house as it is very well equipped as well as decorated with so beautiful items. Simone also prepared the local tickets for us (free parking and free swimming etc at local even though we didn't have time to enjoy them). We did biking that are prepared for us either. I am definitely going to recommend my friends at Phoenix, AZ to use this place in the future.
