The place was quite spacious and well maintained. It’s a minute walk to the beach, and I must say that this beach is extremely pretty and secluded. The terrace has a good view of the Arabian Sea and there’s a porch too to enjoy the view during sunset. There were kitchen items also available, which made my parents extremely happy as it allowed us to make breakfast. However, the water jar only had 5 ltrs of water which can improved in the future. Overall, the experience at this beautiful place was mesmerising and memorable.

Total value for money! The host and his wife were genuinely welcoming and made me feel at home. The place is well-equipped with all necessary amenities and is located in a lovely area with the beach just a short walk away. The complimentary breakfast was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

Fantastic Property with Beautiful Views and Excellent Service! We had an amazing stay at this property! The outdoor spaces are massive, offering stunning backwater views, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the availability of mountain bikes to explore the local area. The property is incredibly well-maintained, and cleanliness is a solid 10/10. A special mention to Sachu chettan, the caretaker, who was always available to assist us with anything we needed. He also makes the best chai, and we loved his warm hospitality. We were a family of five, including my parents, and we had a wonderful time. For food, Swiggy deliveries were a convenient option, and we also enjoyed the local homely meals available on-site. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for getaway!

Stay was great. Great location, right by Vembanad lake with views of Pathiramanal island right across you. Lot of good small eateries nearby (20min drive) which had the best fish preparations. Aneesh (the manager) was really helpful and coordinated the food and activities. Tried dosa as breakfast on one day and it was great. It would have been great if living room also had AC.

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

With a stunning view of the Vembanad Lake, a beautifully maintained swimming pool, and a scenic, peaceful atmosphere, it’s hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The property is extremely well-kept and bursting with charm — from rabbits, swans, ducks, and a pet hamster, to lush fruit trees and a dedicated indoor plant area, nature lovers will absolutely adore it here. Hosts Jose and Borjia were amazing — incredibly welcoming, always available, and genuinely caring. The food prepared by Tommy and his wife was simply outstanding — homely, flavorful, and customizable based on what you ask for. It made the stay feel even more personal and warm. It’s a very private space, perfect for relaxing, and if you’re up for some adventure, you can go for a boat ride or kayak right from the property. This place has everything — tranquility, nature, and quality. I’d recommend it to everyone.

This lake front property is way better than what the pictures show. Ken and Suresh were amazing at hosting us. There's quite a bit of open space outside the house to hang out as a large group by the water. And multiple food options to order from Swiggy too, apart from the food cooked at home. Also, there are multiple things to do while here: Don't miss out on kayaking to the nearby island. Visit Marari beach and its shacks. Rent a houseboat, the jetty is close by. Overall, strongly recommend the place.

This a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the Kuttanad/ backwater region. This heritage house gives you a perspective of life in the 19th century. The majestic house lords over the vast paddy fields the owners have. Though the house itself may not be designed with the modern traveler in mind (each room has at least 3 doors, leading other rooms) it certainly adds to the charms and provides for serendipitous discoveries. We discovered couple of rooms on our second or third day! Akhila and her father Sumod are excellent hosts, they seem to be keen to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to come back next year!

The stay was really comfortable and intimate. The location and surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Caretaker Siby was really helpful and responsive with whatever help we needed. Overall experience was good.

For a nature lover like me, Joy’s place was just perfect! The house is surrounded by trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You get access to most of the villa, except for two locked rooms, but the space is more than sufficient and never felt restrictive. Uncle and Aunty live in the back portion, which was actually reassuring because they were always nearby if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. What truly made this stay special was their warmth and hospitality. Aunty’s food was amazing - she even made North Indian dishes just for us, which made us feel at home. And Uncle was incredibly kind. When I had a minor fall and needed a doctor, he immediately arranged for a checkup and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and generosity made this place more than just accommodation - it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

A comfortable place for stay. Mr. George is a great host . He responds quick to all our enquiries. Easy to find the location . Everything was there as described in the airbnb website.

Nice and comfortable stay at the house . Spacious rooms and surroundings , secure and friendly neighbourhood. House was clean and tidy , Sibi Chettan helped with checking in and home tour. Close to Thodupuzha town and other shopping centres. Good for families and all necessary equipment available. Two out of four rooms have AC, power outages are common in Kerala but the house lacks backup power supply.

Great, peaceful, and private place, amidst a lot of greenery with a river flowing just a few meters away! Ajith and his brother were very helpful and were proactive in communicating about the location, suggestions with good restaurants and tourist places, and on things to do in the area. Went around Christmas time and could enjoy the sight, smells, and sounds of X'mas in Kottayam! :-) Would love to stay at the same place again and would certainly recommend this place to folks who are looking for a wonderful place to stay in this area.
