The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. It's a perfect spot for both families and groups of friends. The place is clean, comfortable, and having parking available was definitely a big plus. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax and soak in the coastal vibes!

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Ravi's place in Alleppey! His hospitality was truly exceptional—he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning, he greeted us with freshly brewed coffee, which was the perfect way to start our day. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests made our experience unforgettable. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a serene environment, making it an ideal retreat. Mr. Ravi also shared great local tips that helped us explore the best of Alleppey. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend staying with him! One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic BBQ we enjoyed in his beautiful lawn—an experience made even better by his helpful and friendly nature.

A beautiful and sunny place near enough facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. Safe, friendly place near a most beautiful church, and Just walking distance to Marari beach. Home, has everything you will need, amazing hosts and a lot of privacy. The food provided by the Alieen (Reynold’s Wife) was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed it. A little way out of the city but accessible and a lovely neighborhood This home is the perfect place for a couple and families. We stayed for 3 nights and had such a great time. Thanks to Mr. Reynold and his family for the great memories!

The place was as seen in the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Jesso was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off in his car. The rooms are spacious. Kitchen had all the necessary cutlery and appliances. The house is located in a peaceful neighbourhood.

It's a calm ,spacious and beautiful place. Nice restaurants nearby and food delivery is available . Sheeba is very responsive and proactive. The plcae is clean and meticulously maintained. Ideal for a large gathering .

A well maintained and clean house with all the facilities we needed. Lijo and his father were easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to our various requests and needs. The surroundings are beautiful as well, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Swimming pool which was open for 24 hours had complete privacy and the water was crystal clear. Delicious home cooked breakfast was served. Host was really helpful ensuring we had everything we needed😇❤️.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We( 8 people+ 1pet)had stayed for 2 days at this beautiful property of Ammachiveedu this Christmas. This heritage property is well maintained along with all modern amenities for a great comfortable stay. Beautiful lawns and pool added to the beauty and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them with badminton , frisbee and water polo. The best part of the property for me personally is the all glass dining room which is welcoming and pleasant.Staff especially caretaker Ebi and Owners Alexander and Sanjo were super helpful and friendly. It is located conveniently at heart of city making it easy to move around and order stuff. Also, the tourist locations like Kumarakom, Kuttanad and Makarikkal are all under 30 mins drive from the location. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to explore in and around kottayam!!!!

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

The inclusive breakfast was plentiful and filled me up all day and cooked to my personal vegan tastes..nothing was too much trouble for Lili .. Helpful advice from Sreekumar on where to go and how to get there … Will definitely return again.

The stay was really comfortable and intimate. The location and surroundings were absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Caretaker Siby was really helpful and responsive with whatever help we needed. Overall experience was good.

Beautiful property. The beach is very close to the property and you can really enjoy a private time there with your family. Shamil was really helpful and responsive. He arranged an early checkin for us and was throughout very responsive to all the queries. The caretaker Varghese was very sweet and helpful and arranged whatever we needed during the stay. The nearby restaurants also delivers to the location and Swiggy was also available. Would recommend this if you need to live by beach side and want to have a peaceful time.

This was the absolute dream destination! The perfect place to relax and enjoy a happy and memorable holiday. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still offering peace and privacy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our stay unforgettable. Jerin was an excellent host and was helpful throughout our stay. We were provided with 2 bedrooms with attached bathooms. He provided good food and helped us with local transport to station and back. The rooms were basic but comfortable. There was no washing machine but a person was there to help hand wash the clothes. Bathrooms could have had better fittings but one cannot complain as the proximity to the beach meant any fitting would rust due to the salty sea air. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself was spectacular, with hardly any debris. The waters were calm and clean. If you go in the early morning you can see the fishermen bring in their catch. We had a lovely trip and must once again thank Jerin for his hospitality.

The big speakers were a unique and delightful touch. The front area is perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and the beautifully maintained compound adds to the property's aesthetic charm. The beach is just 100 meters away, is always empty, offering a peaceful and private experience. Watching the beautiful sunset from the beach was truly special. Major tourist spots in Alappuzha are within 10 km. The Kerala-style breakfast was delicious and the host David was very responsive and helpful. A perfect getaway for a relaxing and aesthetic stay.
