Great place to stay for couples , instructions were very clear of how to reach the place , jyoti was very responsive and helpful , location was great and peaceful , interior was very good and cozy , games like jenga , uno and many others were provided for entertainment , kitchen was very clean and organized , all the cooking utensils were provided and basic ingredient were also there like salt , sugar , cooking oil etc. Bathroom was very nice and clean as well. overall the stay and host was very nice.

Accommodation is in peacefull locality, rooms and bathroom are neat and clean, in one bathroom no mirror. For local market grocery buying e.g. Milk, bread, butter etc care taker boy not cooperative,

Sudarshan Ji was an amazing host. He guiding us towards his place and also received us and helped in carrying our luggage in his place. The food provided was delicious and was at a reasonable rate. The Mountain View and sunrise from his balcony was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Must recommend for people who are looking for a calm peaceful place away from the city hustle.

Our stay was wonderful. The place had its own sound system, allowing us to play music late into the night. The beds were spacious and could comfortably fit three people. While food could be ordered, the delivery time was quite long, and there were no quick delivery services like Zepto or Blinkit. It’s best to bring plenty of snacks and ready-to-eat items like Maggi. The caretaker was kind enough to get us milk and bread in the morning. The property is peaceful and serene, with a great pool. Since it’s quite far from the city, it’s advisable to travel during the day and arrange transportation in advance if possible. The host was also very responsive and adjusted our price through Airbnb support when one of our friends bailed.

The best host and the best stay. The kitchen was absolutely full of amenities. The stay was a bliss and I loved it here. The host was very responsive, very helpful and no matter how silly the problem was, he solved it as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Pool was great and clean! The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating. Linens and bedding could be cleaner and could use new sheets and towels. Overall good property and was perfect for our needs in addition to Maahi Pool Villa that is right across the street and they both accommodated our large family well!

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

A great stay at such an affordable price! Located in a quite neighbourhood, it checks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Also the hosts were super helpful. Highly recommend!

Very aesthetically made place with a lot of natural light and spacious as well. We had a lot of fun as it’s really huge for a 3bhk and can easily fit 10-12 people, the only issue although very minute I’d say is it’s a residential area and all places are like really close to each other so noise and playing music becomes a concern. Otherwise a 5/5

The place is wonderful, clean and warm. Whatever one needs is right nearby, right from groceries, medicines or good food. We had great time chatting up over a cup of coffee with Sarvjeet Ma’am and Bansal sir. They are mindful of many things including what their guests need.

we had an amazing time at Cascara cottage. it's pretty close to most of the safari places and other spots in wayanad. The caretaker Kiran and the owner were very friendly. we wanted to celebrate the birthday of our friend, Kiran made arrangements of amazing decorations on a short notice. The food was good, complimentary breakfast was simple but quite satisfying. we had dinner once and it was quite delicious. The place is clean and all the amenities are exactly how they look in the picture's and description. The place gives quite a good feeling of 'in the wild' with stilt houses and trees around. overall I'll give 5 stars to this place...it's worth every penny spent.
