Vacation rentals with beach access in India

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, right infront of the beach. Looks same like pictures. Host is very helpful and caretaker was also very nice.

I visited Vizag with family. Very well maintained apartment, walkable distance from the beach. Extremely helpful, responsive and accommodative host (didnt hesitate at all to let us check in early). Thank you for so much for hosting us.

The property was clean and as per expectations. If you want peaceful location in south goa, this is the perfect place. And yet close to the beaches like palolem beach, butterfly beach, etc.

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment at the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The host was very nice and always quick to help with any question we had. I definitely recommend this apartment and when I come back to Vizag one day will definitely want to stay here again!

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

Very nice house with spacious space, garden, terrace - we felt comfortable from the beginning. As described, one bedroom AC, the second room (equally large and also with a beautiful double bed and insect protection net) has a well-functioning ceiling fan. Those looking for peace and relaxation are in good hands here. If you like animals, even more. We found the gentle, unobtrusive company of cat, dog and also once cows in the garden to be enriching. Sneha was very easily accessible from the beginning and proactively helped us with taxi transfers (Uber does not work here) from/to the airport. On site, Pavi was very friendly and supportive for everything (harder mattress, candles, contact with moped rental including delivery ..). The Palolem and Patnem beaches can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Very great restaurants in the immediate vicinity overlooking the sea! We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. One of the best parts was its location—just a short walk from the sea beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises every morning. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Great Host. Quick Response. Accessable area from Airport as well as Railway Station. Feeling like it was my own residence. If I am coming to Vizag again, then this will be my first and foremost choice.

It was a very very nice place. very spacious. we travelled with kids. so the place was so apt for us. very near to RK beach. Host is awesome. he will give you clear instructions and will keep all the necessary things for you. Maid will come every day. watchman is also very helpful. please stay hear if you visit vizag.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

The place was very clean with a nice view. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The location was close to the beach. The host was also very friendly and helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. A very good place to stay for a reasonable price.

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

Great place to stay with my toddler..quiet and peaceful with huge terrace and beaches nearby....kitchen has almost all the equipments to prepare regular meal... Also, best part as we were traveling with kid who slept during checkout time she allowed us to extend our check out time without charging additional cost which helped us to enjoy our vacation at fullest.. Host helped us with lot of recommendations and itinerary for Pondy.. Provided us with few juices and other stuff provided by host that we found was really a nice gesture Washroom is bit small in size but was not the major concern for us

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
