Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making the stay feel like home. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

Absolutely loved staying at Annah’s place. It is a beautiful water view apartment, with tastefully done interiors and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts Annah and Tarun, were very responsive and were there to help in case we needed anything. The check in details and instructions were so perfect that we don’t really need to contact them. I had one suggestion, that it would be helpful if you could number the dedicated parking spot. Having said that, there are other ample guest parking spots available. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this apartment is the perfect choice. Looking forward to returning in the future.

The name says it all!, it is a calm and cozy getaway from the hustle of Kochi city. The host, Megha was very helpful and always responsibe. The property is part of a larger residential complex and the apartment itself is well maintained and clean, making us feel as if at home.

The property exceeded our expectations. Gautam is gem of a person. He ensured the place was ready and allowed to check-in at 12 PM even though the check-in was at 2 PM. Gautam is flexible and his guest-first approach will definitely take him to great heights. Highly recommended property. Washing Machine, AC and other amenities were useful. Lift facility and car parking area are the added touch. Very close to Vaikom Mahadev Temple. 5 STARS!!!

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily.
