The upstairs was getting heated up during the day. Keeping the windows open definitely helped a lot to cool down the room. Other than that everything rose was perfect . The new tv with sound bars was perfect for evening time movies. The hot tib was a perfect addition. We all enjoyed it. Spacious parking. Host was very responsive. We loved it.

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! The home is absolutely beautiful—especially the deck, which offers stunning views of the lake. We spent so much time soaking in the scenery. Inside, the living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but still so close to everything you need in Tahoe City. This was our first summer trip to Lake Tahoe, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the views to the comfort and convenience, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was hassle free right from check-in to check-out. Host was responsive and the communication was clear.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

The place was really nice and comfortable. Daniel was also very nice and very helpful through out our stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, and utensils. Bed rooms and bathrooms were also clean and had basic necessities in stock. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

We loved Kathy’s place. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in town! It was beautiful! Kathy was very kind!!

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

We travel often and this space was 10/10! Absolutely beautiful! Comfortable, clean, stocked! Kids loves the board game. Kitchen had every amenity of home! Great communication! Great location! Awesome place to stay! Felt right at home!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.
