Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

We loved this house! We could take a little walk to the lake and the private yard with hot tub was great. We will definitely rent again, perhaps in the summer next!

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

Great spot and great stay! It’s a perfect location and neighborhood, close to downtown Incline and Diamond Peak. The spot had all the little touches needed. One thing we didn’t see until the end was the humidifier. I wish we would’ve used it sooner, it gets dry with the heater on. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay! The cabin was private, quiet, and detached from the others, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well—especially the heaters and hot water. It was spacious, cozy, and very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! Stayed up here with a buddy and my dog during a snow storm. Even with feet of snow we had no problem getting out of the neighborhood since a plow had already passed. We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for working remotely and accessing the ski resorts. It’s a multi level home so be ready for some stairs. It also leads to some colder areas throughout the house but the bedrooms stayed warm. There were also tons of blankets and extra towels if we needed. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating, overall great stay and value!

It is truly a beautiful place . Made it a magical Xmas for us. Perfect setting and the home is gorgeous. It’s right next to the gondola and connected to the ritz . Easy access for everything :) Kate is awesome to work with :)

We had a great stay with our 5 and 8 year old kids and family dog. Fantastic location and great value- exactly as pictured. Cozy, not fussy, right in the heart of the Northstar village. If you need a midday break from skiing or have a napping child, this location is so close that it would be easy to come back for lunch or a rest. Other guests noted the 2 flights of stairs and one elevator as a potential draw back. Wasn't a problem for us on shoulder season. We left our skiiis in the car, you could also check them at the valet if you've got your hands full with kiddos. We used the heated pool and hot tubs at the recc center. Doggy relief was as convenient as it could be in an apartment-like building. Lots of patches of dirt close by with a nice walking trail by the recc center. One note, we had some nice spring weather and the loft got warm in the afternoons. Drawing the shades during the day and opening windows and doors for the evening made it more comfortable for sleeping.

My family had a wonderful ski trip at this cozy spacious cabin! We had more than everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the home. The kids loved the games and the short walk to the beach. Tip: There is an epic sledding hill on the far end of the Lake Forest beach access park!!

Loved the space, love the town, would definitely recommend to anybody who loves mixing luxury with nature.

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

We got snowed into Tahoe, but were lucky enough to have booked Taylor’s place! Walked to Safeway to grab food to cook, walked to grab a bagel sandwich and coffee down the road, it was awesome.

Nice area that's close to the stateline where the casinos and heavenly gondola is. The house is clean and has gas fireplaces that are super nice. Modern kitchen. Washer and dryer. Spacious. If you have kids there's a good area downstairs for them. Easy parking. One thing to note is that the amenities like the hottub are in a shared area that close somewhat early (and because of that we never got to try them out so I can't speak to their quality), and there's no fenced in backyard if you have a pet that you want to let outside. But these probably aren't bad for most people, just sharing that to help your decision.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, new, and well-maintained. The facilities were nice, and everything was as described. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend it.

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.
