The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for our group of 8. Cleane was very helpful with instructions. The upstairs living room area was a great open space for board games/hanging out at the end of the day too.

We had a great stay! The unit was sparklingly clean. The location is perfect in Northstar village, and we were able to park till 4PM after checking out which was very helpful. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!

This is a fabulous place. Much nicer and more well-appointed than the typical rental. Clearly, a lot of care and thought goes into designing and maintaining this apartment. Everything is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Tons of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking lot of the apartment touches the Village Run, making it extremely easy to ski in/ski out, and it’s right across from the Northstar Village, so it’s less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants and such. The host is very responsive, kind, and totally on top of everything. Would stay here again in a second, no hesitation.

Great stay! Everything about this condo was terrific - location, amenities, ease of check-in and parking, cleanliness, communication, etc. We had everything we needed for our stay, and I loved that they had plenty of towels for us (so many places don't). The view was great and it's located right in the heart of The Villages so there were restaurants and shopping right outside our door. Great location for winter or summer stays. Highly recommend - we'll definitely stay again!

Staying in an apartment in Tahoe offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience, especially if you're looking to immerse yourself in the area's natural beauty. My recent experience highlighted some great aspects. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal prep, which was perfect for when we wanted to enjoy a quiet evening after a day of hiking.

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

We booked last minute on memorial weekend. Our daughter has a summer job in Truckee so we were driving her from Idaho. Is at the end he of town, quiet, easy access. We missed how to get in (where clearly in the instructions). Dusti was quick to respond - even in the busy weekend!

The house is very cozy and clean. We felt at home for the days we stayed there. The host replies very quick and she’s flexible. It was a great stay, we definitely recommend it for families or groups of friends.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

This condo is in a great location! You can ski right to the lobby door and it is not very far to walk from the lobby to this unit. Skiing out, you can get right to the Wa She Shu lift, or walk a little further to the other village lifts and gondolas. The condo had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We liked having a washer/dryer. The hot tubs and amenities were wonderful! (2 indoor and 2 outdoor hot tubs as well as a steam room and sauna!) We would definitely stay here again if we return to Palisades. We only had one issue while we were there, but Bruce was responsive and resolved it to our satisfaction.

Spent two nights at Sean's place for a ski weekend with friends. We loved the cozy and peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. Everything was very clean, bedrooms comfortable, and the common areas were spacious for evening board games. Thank you, Sean, for sharing your space with us!

We stayed at Lisa's beautifully maintained historic apartment for a small girls' trip, and it couldn't have been a better location. I live in town but my place is small and my friend allergic to my dogs, so I wanted a special, centrally located place where we could take advantage of all Truckee has to offer without worrying too much about driving and parking. This place was that and so much more! We were in awe of the beautifully preserved interior - the wallpaper, woodwork, pressed-tin ceiling - and the more-than-comfortable size of the apartment for three women. Being right downtown was a dream, and while that does come with street noise, it's more than worth the walkability and happy energy that is downtown Truckee. I look forward to recommending this apartment to any/all friends who come to visit in the future.

Absolute marvelous 3 day-stay at this property! Just moments from the Big Spring Gondola, seconds from the general/gift store, and underground parking. Outstanding internet speed makes this a superb option for work/play vacations. Lola is very responsive and friendly. I plan on staying here next ski season for sure!!!

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

Wonderfully condo in Kings Beach. Renovated to a high standard and very tastefully decorated. Easy access, and within driving distance of a number of ski resorts. I would happily go back.

This was a great little spot to stay in North Tahoe. Basic but super clean and comfortable. Both main floor and loft bed were great to sleep on. Was in a great location for driving to both Northstar and Palisades. We needed to buy things like cooking oil/salt & pepper/etc. with our groceries, as well as shampoo/body soap, so keep that in mind for shopping and packing. Kings Beach is a a cute but tiny little town. It’s walkable to a beautiful beach area and pier with an amazing view of Lake Tahoe. It’s about a 25 min drive to Truckee and a 15 min drive to Incline Village. It was comfortable with two people on a ski trip, it would be tight but doable with four if you’re trying to ski bum it! Be sure to keep the AC vent pointed towards the bathroom to keep the place heated evenly between the downstairs and loft!

We loved your place! It was super safe with no stairs. Love the horseshoe and sand volleyball and pool and Jacuzzi! Thank you for keeping it well stocked as we wanted for nothing. We will definitely come back! Thank you.

We had another Airbnb booked for the weekend, but when we arrived, we discovered smoke damage and had to find a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, we found Beth’s listing—and what a lifesaver! She responded immediately, allowed us to check in early, and even provided a parking pass so we could head straight to the slopes without any added stress. The place was cozy, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking with Beth again in the near future!
