Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kings Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken, but otherwise everything was as described.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

We love staying at Michael’s place and always feel at home here, everything as described, handy to be able to charge the car if needed, and great location. Looking forward to our next trip!

we loved our stay here. beautiful surroundings and super conveniently close to a lot of things to do. everything was very clean and quiet. we were able to utilize the kitchen, as it was stocked with everything we needed cooking wise. the hot tub and fire pit were just the cherry on top to a perfect stay. 10/10

Great value. We stayed for 2 nights before skiing at Northstar. It was only a 10 minute drive so super easy. Place is simple, clean, and a good location. Beds were comfortable.

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

This is my 3rd stay and as usual everything was just perfect. Everyone is so friendly and the location is really quiet. They’ve added some beautiful signage and some new little touches inside the apartment that just add to the experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a short trip for work but was very homey and the towel warmer was a game changer

This home was exactly what we were looking for. We have a four year old daughter who has been wanting to play in the snow, and Emily's house offered the perfect balance of access to snow play and quiet evenings. After a long day of travel and then playing in the snow, we enjoyed a quiet evening of playing the games and watching movies in the comfort of Emily's unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, we would be honored to stay here again.

This house is very nice and very up to date. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would think of such as kitchen items and laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We had an issue with a missing key when we arrived so we couldn’t get in right away, but that was just because the housekeeper left it on the kitchen counter and Maddie sent a lock smith over right away to get us in. Overall we had a great stay.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Barbora & Curtis were great hosts. Always responsive and answered the many questions I had. The location is convenient and very close to groceries. Garage was deep and roomy, there was a sled and plenty of shovels, boot warmers, and a ping pong table! Inside the house looked even better in person. There is a fireplace and central heating/cooling. Wasn’t a huge fan of the slippery couches but it still did the job. Everything was pretty clean for the most part, plus extra sheets and towels. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and seasonings for cooking. We went mid March when there were tons of snow on the ground to play with in the backyard. Keep in mind there are no fences and the space is shared with other houses, but we were the only ones out in the back so it felt pretty private. There is a slight hill and were able to create a sled run! We ran into a bobcat while taking the dog out at night, and we also heard coyotes howling nearby. Overall, cozy place and I’d recommend to anyone.

Lovely little cabin. Lots of charm and all the things you need are available. Tahoma was relaxing and beautiful and the host was super responsive.

Lise & Tim’s cabin was the perfect home base for a quick weekend ski trip to Palisades/Alpine, just 15 min drive away and 3 min drive down to the lake and grocery stores. My group all said we wished we could stay longer because the cabin was so cozy and well stocked with kitchen supplies (plus spices, tea/coffee, etc), games, books, and DVDs. We will be back!

Had such an amazing stay for my mom’s birthday. We felt right at home, nice and cozy and everything was exactly as pictured! We loved the restaurant recommendations and all the amenities provided, it made everything easier and lighter on the packing. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay! We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t sure where or how to check in, but after reading another review that mentioned an office, we were able to find our way. The gentleman who gave us instructions was very kind and helpful and informed us of a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The location is great, a few minutes away from downtown Truckee, restaurants and stores and about a 30-40 minute drive from Incline Village, Sand Harbor Beach, and other nearby beaches. We would definitely book again!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.
