Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

Very good accommodation and kept very very clean. Was very comfortable and also easy to checkin. Location is great and would go to this place again if I visit Kochi/ernakulam again Having a mini kitchenette with wash basin would help so guests can wash any utensils or fruits etc instead of using the bathroom

Such a lovely host and a clean place. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating and the hospitality was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this stay and will consider it for future visits!

Firstly, I liked the house for the budget and I texted the host... host was very sweet helped me with early checkin and I am very happy for that the location is also very good u get uber and just walkable distance to metro and u have everything in house this was a best stay for us we was family and they give us the vishu payyasam which they prepared at home which was very delicious all good... I just checked in and then I called them only to say that we are checking out coz, everything we wanted was in the house

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out super smooth. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was strong, which was great for remote work. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. I will definitly recommend his stay because his hospitality makes the place better. Thankyou sir.
