The place is right in the middle of the city and hence connectivity becomes very easy. The house is very clean and all the amenities are being properly manage right from the kitchen to air-conditioning etc. Highly recommend this place to everyone if you're going to Cochin.

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Staying at Raghav’s villa was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully rustic, offering a remote and peaceful retreat. The large yard, filled with towering trees, creates a stunning natural canopy, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the highlights is the river right in front of the house, offering breathtaking views of the Chinese fishing nets—truly a mesmerizing sight! The yard is filled with mango and other large trees, and the swing hanging from one of them adds a charming touch. For recreation, there’s a bicycle and even a basketball court, making it a great place to unwind and stay active. The location is also fantastic—not too far from the city, yet secluded enough to feel like an escape. Overall, an amazing stay, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

We had a wonderful stay at this place- Koovalapoo Island Villa ! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by water, making it a peaceful and scenic retreat. The place was exactly as described in the listing—neat, clean, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Prasad, the caretaker, who made our experience even better by assisting with check-in and ensuring we got our meals on time. His hospitality was truly commendable. A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

This was a wonderful experience for our group of six - from the kind welcome and the mint lemonade served just as we arrived, to the daily bowl of fruit and general hospitality. The cleanliness of the space is unsurpassed. The space is stylish and the hosts were available whenever we needed to speak to them without ever being obtrusive. We ate breakfast next door and that was a great experience too - very simply, homestyle meals that were very affordable and tasty.
