Very happy to have been one of the first airbnb guests here! Spent two days in this apartment and found it extremely comfy and well equipped. The hall and bedroom are spacious, with stylish and well-lit interiors. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, with good quality utensils, cutlery and appliances, making it perfect for an extended stay. The property manager, Dr Neethu, who stays close to the apartment, greeted us warmly upon our arrival and was available to answer all concerns over call and in-person during our stay. The apartment’s central location is particularly convenient - just a 10 min walk from the boat jetty and the nearest metro station - yet sufficiently distant from the noisy bustle of the city. Perfect for tourists seeking a convenient spot in Ernakulam as well as for those looking for a relaxing stay indoors!

Every aspect of our visit was enjoyable. Mr. Gopalakrishnan's attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond undoubtedly left a lasting impression. The ambience of the place was remarkable. I had booked the entire villa for my guests to attend my Engagement. The team at Alchemy homes were very responsive and made their stay feel like home. The place was very well maintained and had all the amenities needed. The location was very close to the city but access was a little difficult as the streets leading to the villa were very narrow. This wouldn't be a problem for natives of Kerala as they are used to driving large vehicles through narrow streets but for others it could pose a challenge. Overall a very good homestay and is ideal for families coming to Kochi for holidays. I'm extremely thankful to the Alchemy Homes team, they made sure the entire experience was wonderful. We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
