I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

Great location, easy to find. Lots of places to eat in the area. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. Pool and rec area were outstanding. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Definitely a 10/10! The place was beautiful. Great vacation spot for a couple days. The pool was great, the kids were respectful and didn't splash us(loved that!!) had a nice cookout near the pool. Quiet at night. Totally coming again when I come back!

We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

From our first communication, Glenn and Kelly they were very nice very responsive the whole process of checking in went very smoothly. The place was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. It was a very nice area. We felt very much at home and It was far enough out-of-the-way to be private, but very close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend Glen and Kelly as hosts and we would also recommend the property that’s a beautiful place to stay in Saint Augustine

It was such a great place to stay. So clean and so beautifully decorated. I really felt like I was in a spa setting. We overlooked the pool and it was so peaceful and calm. The place was very safe and people so friendly. The amenities were awesome with access to 2 pools,fitness center and pickle ball courts within walking distance!!!Also the kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking and baking!!! I can’t wait to come back!! The owner was so accommodating and helped us out with letting us stay even longer than we had planned. It was truly the best place to stay while visiting my sister!!! It felt like home

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! We needed proximity to Jacksonville and St Augustine, so this location was great. Plus there were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, kicking back in the recliners, and hanging out on the patio (where we spotted dear across the pond). My 6’5” son appreciated a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed rather than two twin beds. Friendly guards at the gate and convenient access through the lockbox. Great value for the price. We would definitely book again!

This is one of the best Airbnb places my husband and I have stayed in. Linda was a wonderful host. It was just as described and pictured. We recommend it to someone who wants a quiet, relaxing stay.

Great location. Very nice place. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices, made cooking easy.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

Decent River view from porch, was not expecting that. Home and exterior very nice. Road a bit busy since home is adjacent to Cap’s restaurant, which we highly recommend but go early as there is a wait to watch sunset. Walk to beach was a little longer than expected but not too bad. Nice beach. Would book again.

Came down for spring break with my wife and 3 daughters. Neighborhood is great with community pool and playground. Lots of kids around which kept my kids entertained. 25 minute drive to St Augustine and 20 minute drive to Mickler's beach, which I recommend if you're traveling with family. The area has a lot of stores going up so anything you may need is a short driveway. Have saved this location for next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

Gorgeous, clean home with top notch amenities! Clear instructions and everything we could’ve needed for a fun weekend. Close enough to all the things but far enough away for more privacy and relaxation. Great hosts!

This was our second stay at Danielle’s place and it was everything we remembered it being. The house was clean, beds comfortable, there’s room to spread out and it’s in a quiet location central to our needs. Danielle is always very friendly and responsive to my questions. It was a great stay!
