Mustafa was a great host, everything was smooth and easy. He was very responsive and the apartment is a high standard. Good gym facility and the pool was nice. Would recommend.

For the price you can’t ask for anything better!! Location a little bit of a walk to the main shops but nothing over 10 minutes. More of a hotel style which we enjoyed. Pool area lovely.m, with supplied towels which is such a bonus. Only stayed for one night but would’ve loved to stay longer!!

I am that person who is always complaining. But this place is just PERFECT ! Everything you might need for a comfort stay is there. The sea view is unforgettable. There is a balcony , well - equipped kitchen , parking place and swimming pool. Clothes drying rack , which is quite thoughtful. Shampoo and shower gel are there as well. It is extremely clean. The staff are all very polite and helpful . For those who do not drive a car : you need to take a public bus to get to the beach. As it is not that close. Anyway public transportation as far as I know is not bad at all in Turkiye so should not be an issue. Good job ! Thank you so much for your service.

During our stay, we felt at home, it has a very peaceful environment. Every corner has very nice areas where you can take lots of photos and make memories. Mr. Emre, the owner of the☺️ hotel, is also a very caring business owner, and he gave us great directions for places to go for fun. We had a great time. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

A beautiful place in a peaceful nature, the kitchen part is very useful, you can sit for long hours in the form of a pergola, 5 minutes to the sea by car, the host is caring, we went as 4 people and 2 children, we were pleased

We were sufficiently satisfied with our stay with 2 3-year-old children as 2 families. Everything has been thought out in detail. Especially the kitchen supplies. Only in the houses/rooms where we see this as missing from hotels and in every accommodation is not included in the houses/rooms. Yes, mosquito nets have been built everywhere in the house, but it is not possible to be able to watch it with children ☺️ at the age of 3, and if the lounge sets are changed, a warmer environment can be created in color, not missing, suggestion. A patio should be built on the part facing the pool side because it gets quite sunny during the day. And a table can be placed in the garden for food. This is what we see missing. Other than that, it was a well thought out house. We left satisfied. Definitely preferable again.

I was very happy with Mustafa`s place. It was very tidy and clean. The place had everything I needed. I stayed for four nights with a friend of mine for a highschool renunion dinner in Cesme. His place is 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. Very easy to get to. The bus from Izmir dropped me off on main street, very close to the apartment. I walked for one or two minutes to get to the place. There are supermarkets nearby (2 minute walk) for food shopping and basic needs. The place had an A/C, TV, iron, hairdryer, working electric stove, big size fridge, electric kettle to heat water, plates, pots/pans, silverware etc. We had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful. Mustafa was very friendly, kind and helpful from first communication until we left. Can`t thank him enough for the pleasant experience I had. I will be back! :)
