The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away. 10 minutes away from Urla, 20 minutes away from Alaçatı / Çeşme, 30 minutes away from Seferihisar / Karaburun, 40 minutes away from the airport by car.

Ben's house was in a very good place in terms of location, the description of the house was very good until the place of the key, it was very nice when the description was followed, everything was close to the beaches, the location was close to the beaches, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on average, everything is very comfortable, the restaurants were very nice in the evenings. It takes 5-6 minutes by taxi to the center of Çeşme, very comfortable location, the house was very nice. I helped us a lot with everything, thank you very much, we are already making our next year vacation plan for this place. I think it's very affordable in terms of price. There is a boat tour nearby, we used them in the center of Çeşme, the time is very fun, thank you very much for everything.

If we come to your house, the location was very great, I could go everywhere in 5 minutes, the apartment was very calm and hassle-free, the interior of the house was 10/10, the interior of the house smelled great as soon as we entered, the items were quite new and comfortable, it was a comfortable house in the kitchen and there was everything you might need in the house, I can say that I never called my own home, it was very clean, I had a very pleasant day, I would pass on my thank you again and again, I add it to my list as a place to use again. 💞💘💖💕

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!
