Carefully designed in the center of İzmir, 1 min to the historical elevator, 5 min to the beach and tram, 15 min to Konak on foot, 10 min to Üçyol metro, our apartment is on the 5th You need to climb stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you :) Tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee, Nescafe and water are on the house :) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies while you are at home In addition, according to the new law, we need to report the identity information of the guests to the police station.

Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Kahramanlar, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and the metro station, and 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir, and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern and stylish apartment with a brand new building and all the furnishings. The apartment is at the entrance, and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel special, peaceful and positive.

Amazing Sea View in Center with Special Parking

An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.
