There is a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your #separate entrance# 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, is 40 square meters. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you can use the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centers, and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Although it is a completely newly built building, we were able to capture this feeling by recycling and revising the family heirloom "vintage" furniture. Hotels didn't feel intimate to us either. We wish you to come and feel like an Aegean person and have a local experience.
