Nice place , for budget travelers.

The linens, towels and every corner of the room were clean and tidy. They responded to messages immediately and helped us with everything we wanted. The lady at the reception and the cleaning lady were very helpful, smiling and understanding. It's an aesthetically pleasing building inside and out, and I would definitely recommend it in Izmir. A place where I can stay again. Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at Kerem’s hotel. Karaburun is a lovely place if you’re looking for scenic views, scuba diving and snorkeling. There is a dedicated parking area for the hotel. The hotel itself is stunningly gorgeous and the pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is served in the garden overlooking a mountain farm. Fruit trees hang over you as you eat a delicious Turkish breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. The AC worked very well and while the hot water took a while to heat up we had more then we needed. Kerem was very accommodating of us not speaking Turkish and we were able to communicate everything we needed. He messaged us the wifi password right away when we asked.

The sultan of the house is Ms. Sevgi and his wife Mr. Hüseyin are amazing hosts! There were two of us left. They offered all the amenities for our convenience. Since they are a local of Ilıca, they offered us the best places to go. They don't settle for their conversations and energy. We felt like home. We have no doubt that we will visit again. The house has a large patio and well maintained garden. Ideal for families with kids. 10 min walking to Ilica beach, bazaar, cord size. A market is being set up nearby. You can cook for yourself in the spacious kitchen and enjoy your meal by chatting comfortably at the tables on the patio. The room we stayed in was light, fresh and airy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was shared, clean. Hot-cold water was available. You can take your own detergent and use the washing machine with ease. There is a shared refrigerator, you can easily store your food and drinks. Comfort is provided with all kinds of basic items. All you need to do is pick up your suitcase and come back. We are so lucky that we found a place during a time that was full until August and got to know Ms. Sevgi and Mr. Hüseyin. We love you, see you again. :)

We stayed a few days at this lovely guest house right in the centre of Çeşme. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous and the host was very accommodating and experienced, suggesting extra things they could cook for my children. The building is an authentic Çeşme stone house and it's been decorated very personally - check the breakfast area for the owner's son's talented drawings! Our room had comfortable beds, aircon, a bathroom with shower, fridge, and extra blankets. The owner was responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is a couple of minutes' walk to the centre of Çeşme. We struggled to reach it by car as the streets are extremely narrow in places and we chose to park a few minutes up the hill and walk. That might be the fault of dodgy GPS on my phone though as apparently it is possible to drive to the door. There's no shortage of cafes and restaurants nearby, we loved Ilıca beach and enjoyed the nearby Oasis water park too .

The staff was very cozy and warm-blooded. The breakfast is exactly Alaçatı. The location is legendary. Only the room was too small, which is already a classic Alaçatı problem.

I stayed with my siblings from June 6-8. It was easy to find the hotel. Most importantly, the beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was also good. We didn't look for luxury and comfort just because we were going to stay overnight. But even if we searched, I think we found the right address. There were things I needed. The bathroom water is pressurized. The location ❤️❤️ is in the center of Çeşme. 1-2 minutes from the port. The only big problem was that we couldn't find a parking lot. I will come again, the place to stay is already clear… Thank you Mr. Nedim..

This is great place if you look for a pleasant and relaxing place. I felt at home right away. Macit and İdil are great hosts. Would like to come back again.

Everything was perfect, the house was as in the visuals. The items were new,beautiful and tidy. There was no problem with cleaning, everything was spotless. The host was understanding. The garden and pool were clean. We had a great time. We are definitely planning to come back.

Ms. Gülşah is a very good business owner. With its central location, you can reach both Malgaca bazaar and Arasta in 1 minute. It is a very pleasant place to walk everywhere on foot and to experience the historical texture of Urla.

Even though I booked the hotel for the wrong date Nihat was very nice and didn’t charge us extra. Also the check in and out was very flexible and we could leave the luggage until we left Alacati. Everyone was nice and lovely, they also helped us with recommendations for fun/food and parking spots. The hotel is directly in the center of Alacati carsi. Highly recommend staying here.

Mrs. Rana and her husband were very good hosts. Our room was the same as the visual and comfortable. It was very close to Alaçatı bazaar and restaurants, but it was pleasant to escape the noise of Alaçatı in the evening and sit on the balcony. Overall, we were satisfied with everything, it's definitely a guest house you can choose 🔆

Everything was so beautiful. Cleanliness, breakfast, views, location, employees were all really 10/10. Mr. Alper and all the employees are friendly and very interested in their customers, he answered our questions in a short time. We went with two friends, a very sweet hotel where you can go with your wife, lover, friend and family. Its proximity to the beach is also a great advantage, and you can easily reach everywhere in the very center of the fountain. I recommend rooms with a balcony where you can relax. Looking forward to coming back, thank you for everything:))

Price performance top clean but loud

We arrived late and were very warmly welcomed. The room had fantastic harbor views and was still quiet. Everything was very clean. The host was extremely accommodating to all our concerns and was always very nice. We highly recommend it.

Friendly and kind host family. Great walking distance for shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants and 5 minutes to the train, tram, or ferry.

Great location. Nice breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!

Host were amazing!! responsive to all questions we had about the area and transportation which was a massive help, also allowed us to change our booking last minute due to a ferry change. The room is as described. Location is close to the restaurants and the water which made for lovely dinners. Also felt very safe staying there with either hosts present or security lock on front door.
