Lovely old home in the heart of downtown Izmir. Very walkable with lots to see and eat. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

Highly recommend if you want a quiet place with a view in a perfect location. Ms. Asli is an excellent host and sent every important detail about the house as a video. Mrs. Belma and her mother Mrs. Rabia were very friendly and very hospitable. They hosted us as if we were guests at the home of an acquaintance. The house is ideal for 2-3 people, not very large, but everything that may be needed for a comfortable stay has been considered. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Care has also been taken to use natural and environmentally friendly products for cleaning-bathroom products in the house. The house has a very pleasant garden, you can enjoy yourself under the trees at any time of the day. The internet was smooth for remote work or online calls. It is 3-4 minutes away from the art street. For transportation to the pier, public transportation passes a little further from the house. We were very comfortable at home during our stay, we thank Ms. Belma and her mother Ms. Rabia very much. If we come to Urla again, we have an address to stay.

The house was clean and tidy, as seen in the photos. Everything that could be needed was available. It was a quiet, peaceful stay in the tangerine gardens. It was especially enjoyable to sit on the porch and barbecue in the garden. There are two beaches 10-15 minutes away by car. Mr. Semih was very helpful and friendly, thank you.

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. I would like to share with you my pleasant experience in Urla. During this time, we stayed at Ru Cottage House. There is a keyless encrypted entrance at the house. Before we arrived, he informed and helped us with many issues that I cannot count, such as encrypted entrances, location for transportation, parking advice and use of the common area terrace. There were thoughtful details such as toothbrush/paste/fiber in the small package prepared for guests, and most of the items you might need in the kitchen. The house is in an old but safe neighborhood. It was very easy to walk to the art street and to reach the main road by car. We did not encounter any problems. Even if there were shortcomings that caught our eye at home, it allowed us to continue our holiday without compromising our enjoyment and comfort. We had access to the terrace, which is a common area. I recommend you to have coffee in this area with a view of the sea and the islands. It's definitely a place I'd choose for my next Urla vacation. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

It was located close to the downtown area of Izumil, and it was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host Doa was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.
