It is 400 square meters with a 30 square meter pool. It has 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. It is furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 minutes to the center of Çeşme. 15 minutes to Alaçatı center. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows that open onto the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.

Our studio apartments are all the same. There is air conditioning, central heating, 24/7 central hot water, 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed (large sofa). If needed, the sofa can be converted into a bed. In addition, the apartments have a table-chair-fridge Washing machine-TV- Blow-dryer- Wi-Fi- plates, glasses, etc. Not suitable for cooking. We have apartments suitable for cooking. Regarding your question, the pool is closed for use. When it opens, it is only available for the use of permanent residents.
