Family-friendly vacation rentals in Isla de La Cartuja

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

Magda was the main person we worked with. She was great. Very responsive and helpful. We loved the apartment. It’s a non-touristy area that made it feel more authentic. Everything you want to see is a 20-minute walk. Perfect. Plenty of room. Modern and clean. Lots of steps to get upstairs so know that. Outdoor terrace is AMAZING! Know that the dining area is basically in an outdoor covered deck (so if it’s really hot, cold, wet - you’ll need to gather around the counter in the kitchen on stools). Also, after a rain and five adults for four days, the downstairs had a septic odor. It was tolerable. And one of the toilet levers was broken. Other than these minor cons, we really enjoyed the apartment. Couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water every day for five adults. If you come and it’s good weather, this is a perfect apartment with the private rooftop levels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Magda is a great resource and very communicative.

Responsive host and great location for Airbnb - was able to put our bags somewhere before our flight which made a big difference

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

Excellent hosting. Spacious, very well-equipped house. Perfect for a large family of 1 to people. A kitchen provided for breakfast for several days. Thanks to Santa and Eduardo.

Fabulous location. A few minutes from some of the main tourist attractions. Great coffee bar across the street. House was clean and large. Worked well for our group of 7. Imagine it would be even better in the summer with the courtyard!

The ground floor apartment was easy to find and in a good location. We could walk to all of the main sights in 15-20 minutes, usually by going through the park which was nice. The place was spotlessly clean and had loads of storage. We were a bit worried that it might be noisy as it was so close to a local bar, but it ended up being one of the quietest Air bnb we’ve stayed in. Communication with the owners was good, and they checked everything was OK during our stay.

Very quiet and spacious accommodation, as advertised. Very bright and not overlooked. It is in the city center of Seville, near an urban bus station, which was important to us. Quiet street, with supermarkets and nice bars. The only negative point is that the fridge was making a lot of noise. If you sleep in the living room, it's annoying. You can't hear it from the bedroom.

excellent hosts, perfect location, good value for money. Worth mentioning the staircase up to the sleeping area which could be an issue for people with mobility issues (just something to be aware of)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Juan’s beautiful villa! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a true highlight — perfect for lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

Beautiful and sunny place in a quite central area of the city. Pretty easy to walk around to main spots in the town.

We had very nice days in Margarita's apartment. A great ambiance in authentic surroundings. Perfect for a stay for two. We used the sunny terrace in particular for breakfast and in the late evening and enjoyed it very much. We were able to explore everything on foot, where we could always make new experiences and have seen a lot of beautiful things. We highly recommend El Ajible restaurant in Plaza Alameda de Hercules.

Nice flat with good kitchen and shower rooms. No outlook and a little noisy. Not central but easy walk to centre. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. 1 bedroom more suitable for children with no door but a curtain. Other rooms good. Good value for the price. Sadly pool not usable in bad weather. Host was helpful and instructions were good. Although electronic door initially difficult was good. We enjoyed our stay

Everything is great!!!… The perfect location; The apartment is very clean and with all the details to enjoy it; With parking in the same building, which is what we were looking for;… and Jose (the owner) a 10, he was attentive at all times of us, he recommended places to visit and eat, among others … I already recommended it to some friends who want to visit Seville…and if I have to return to Seville, it is clear that I will stay again to know… THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Very good stay with Teresa who was very welcoming, kind, generously offered us delicious oranges from her garden, we enjoyed ourselves! The house and garden were very nice . Thanks again!! Only "downside", the barking of dogs in the neighborhood (probably a kennel) in the day and evening, but Teresa can't help it unfortunately 🙂

We have spend a fantastic holidays. Martens house was perfect for us. Nice location closed to metro and supermarket.

A very comfortable environment to easily reach the attractions of Seville but at the same time away from the chaos of tourists and the congestion of the center. We stayed during Holy Week and we attended the celebrations without too much trouble and without any problems getting around. Unfortunately, we were unable to take advantage of the very comfortable tub on the terrace, but we used the huge space for dinner and lunches. I highly recommend it.
