Super guest, great location! The host was more than friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need.

Very convenient place to move in the central areas and to the most important attractions. House equipped with everything you need to cook(pans, salt, oil...). Supermarket just a stone's throw from the apartment. Very friendly host and available for any information.

The apartment is located in a lively and pretty neighborhood of Seville. It is uncomplicated, large and practically furnished and is very quiet. José welcomed us warmly and explained everything, he also gave us many tips and recommendations. The parking space in the underground parking lot was practical for us. But then we didn't need the car in Seville. The Setas are 10 minutes from the apartment, the cathedral 20-25 minutes, it has many bars, restaurants and small shops nearby. Good apartment for a family trip to Seville, highly recommended.

The location is ideal for all city tourists in Seville and there was really nothing missing in the accommodation! In addition, several keys were available and our wish for a flexible check-in was also fulfilled! All in all, a clear recommendation, we felt very much at home.

A perfect stay. Everything is just as shown in the photos. Elisa responds very quickly to anything you need. I stayed with my puppies and my baby, and we felt at home on a different New Year's Eve for us. Everything is very clean, very complete kitchenware. It is very close to Seville, and it is worth staying if you want to get to know Seville. If we return to Seville, we will look for this apartment again. 100% recommended

Being in the center of Seville, being in a calm and decent environment, being clean and able to access everything we needed at home and having an affordable price was invaluable. If I come again, I would like to stay in the same place. Thanks for everything

Location Location Location! 5 star location close to the bars, restaurants, everything local! Very non touristy - at least when I was there. Not an American fastfood chain in sight! Everything is local! It makes me love it even more. The check in was easy and was shown into the apartment by Cristina. The apartment is quite spacious. Has AC, and other comforts. It felt like someone’s home than an airbnb. Instantly felt at home. The building didn’t have a lift, but 3 flights are good! But you are already warned while booking about the absence of a lift. I would stay here next time happily! It was a great stay!

The apartment met expectations of centrality, comfort and family rest. Beds were comfortable. Its location is very good with respect to the sights: Old Town and Triana. Walking around this industry is very pleasant. The attention from the host and Lola and their recommendations were very accurate and on time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Maria is a lovely woman at all times. She was there if our stay was comfortable. I totally recommend staying in your magnificent house, very quiet area and a few meters from the bus stop for Seville. Easy parking and a walking town you have all the amenities.

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the most beautiful BNB we've ever had! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the heat of Seville. The pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. The bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, due to her availability and attention, as well as her dog duke who was good company for us and our dog. It's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we regretfully leave.

We had a great time at Puri's place. The accommodation was easy to access and so was the entrance very easy. Conveniently located we were able to do everything on foot with bars and restaurants nearby. The number of bathrooms compared to the number of bedrooms is fine too because there were 12 of us and it was really convenient. There are also plenty of living spaces. Wishlist for the rooftop terrace which is really a plus! Practical info, a locker is right in front of the property, for the day of departure it's very convenient. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We stayed here with two families: 8 people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) and it was PERFECT. With three levels, this gave us some nice spacing. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept well. Location is amazing - we were minutes from multiple coffee shops, a grocery store, and great shopping including bars and restaurants. Staying in this neighborhood, be prepared for street noise, but it didn't impact our sleep - close the windows and we used a white noise app on our phones and it worked great. A previous review notes a sewage smell from bathrooms - an easy fix was we just closed the sink drains when not in use. Smell went away immediately. I cannot express enough how much we loved staying here; I would gladly stay again. Communication with hosts was prompt and helpful.

Borja is a wonderful host and he was extremely responsive during our entire day. The house feels very much like a home— it’s comfortable, well appointed and very relaxing. The beds are super cozy and the bedding is really nice. I absolutely LOVED the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We stayed for an entire month, so it was nice to be able to unpack and be really organized. The location is great because it’s very close to the city, but it’s in a nice and quiet suburban neighborhood. We were able to walk our dogs and there are several parks close by. We’d love to come back and we definitely give this home a five star review.

Recommended very quiet place to be with your family

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.
