I present to you my charming duplex penthouse apartment in downtown Seville, more specifically in the Alameda de Hercules, a trendy area, with many restaurants, cafes...a lot of Sevillian life. A 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Torre del Oro, the Reales Alcázares and the imposing Guadalquivir River. Private terrace on the main floor, private terrace on the duplex floor and large solarium terrace shared with two other apartments on the 3rd floor. Lots of light and little noise!

It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.
