We had a very good weekend at Ana's house, excellent location, it has everything you need to go as a couple, plus parking included. Being in the center, access is a little tedious, but otherwise great!

Ana's place was beautiful, the windows and wood panelling really make you feel like you are in spain and are a perfect photo op. On the map, it felt like the location was a little far from the main attractions but in reality everything was walkable (under 20 minutes). Seville is beautiful but Ana's place made it just that much better! The only thing was one of the rooms did not have an ac unit, it was fine for the night but during the day it can get a little hot. The unit was very clean and Ana was so sweet as well. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

This place is great and was a wonderful home base for our incredible long weekend spent in the stunning city of Seville. It’s comfortable, spacious and in a great central location. Brad himself went above and beyond on every aspect to ensure our experience was perfect - we really appreciated the extra hospitality and special touches! His recommendations were also top notch - so helpful and never lead us astray…they really guided us through our time there! Highly recommend and hope to return someday.

Excellent welcome, smiling, kind, attentive, with small gifts for the arrival; fresh water, chocolates and excellent quality potato chips and the best… lovely carnations to wear at the Feria de Sevilla. What about tips for the Feria. Thank you!!!

Modern, clean, well-appointed. Located on a very quiet narrow street, about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. We appreciated the washer dryer, full size fridge and spacious rooms. More than enough room for us and our 3 teenagers (although you will want to stagger your showers so as to not run out of hot water after 2 or 3 showers). Jose Abraham was very responsive and friendly. Small market shop just a few doors down for necessities. If you don’t mind walking to get to the sites this place is an outstanding value!

Miguel is a fantastic host. Extremely fast in his responses, he gave countless tips on attractions in the city, was extremely friendly and efficient in everything. The apartment is very well located, close to the subway station and other public transportation, in addition to being very close to the main attractions of the city, you can go on foot to eat, shop at the supermarket, visit the city center. I loved getting to know Seville and I know Miguel contributed a lot to making my experience wonderful. Thanks, Miguel.

Easy to communicate with and quickly adjusted any issues. The apartment has wonderful light and open floor length windows with balcony railings. So comfortable after the busy streets. I found the bedroom qulet at night. Of the several times I have stayed in Sevilla this was the better. Also, I highly suggest attending a performance at Casa de la Guitarra.

The house is very nice, functional, has everything and is very comfortable. Isabel is very hospitable and pleasant, she treated us great, I have never been received so well in an Airbnb accommodation, she prepared a snack with a bottle of wine, great in short

The house is great. We were 13 people occupying the entire house and we were very comfortable. It is well located, close to everything and with everything you need to enjoy a good vacation in Seville. Thank you very much Puri for opening the doors of this typical Sevillian house. A luxury. So we can come back.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.

It was a very good experience, the house is great, fully equipped, the development is very quiet and the people are very friendly. Highly recommended for a weekend!

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Great accommodation, a little tight, but the terrace is fantastic. The check-in process is easy and the place is clean.

We loved the stay. We felt like we were really at home. Having Micho (who is a sweetheart) in the house gave it a special touch, besides being calm, he is very sweet. The house had a great space and the outdoor space is delightful. The location of the house is perfect, it always has parking and has easy access to the city center. The neighborhood is super quiet and so is the house. Rocio was super attentive from the time we made our reservation (she sent us instructions and made sure to know about our arrival). We really liked it and hope to be back soon!!

I can't say so much about the surroundings because we came late and left early but we really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. It's not far to Sevilla's city center, which was important for us. Everything was clean and we had enough space for our family of four.
