Vacation rentals with a pool in Isla de La Cartuja

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

An amazing stay in an apartment with a pool, an amazing terrace, 2 bathrooms, balconies, air conditioning, etc. José Antonio is a great and wonderful person, very close and kind, who recommends everything. He is there for whatever you need, he responds immediately and if necessary he comes over. I definitely recommend it. The Airbnb is amazing, 10 minutes from downtown Seville in a very quiet area. Definitely to be repeated, thank you Antonio🤝🏼!!

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.

It was important to us that the pool is private and secluded, and in this accommodation that was the case. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be happy to come back!

Truely a hidden gem in Sevilla. Unbeatable location - central enough that everything was walkable within 15min, but just off the heavily trafficked areas, more like a residential neighborhood than a tourist/hotel sector. Charming Moroccan/Riad style layout, but you have the entire unit (3 floors + private rooftop!) to yourself. Functional kitchen with all the utensils & appliances that made getting our own groceries and cooking some of our own meals seamless - fyi there are 100s of restaurants in the area but they tend to serve the same dishes. Was nice to be able to create some culinary variety for ourselves. Spectacular view of the cathedral from the roof. The private pool during the 100+ degree heatwave was worth every penny! Naively we rented a car - driving & parking in central Sevilla is a serious challenge - but the host Henny showed us a 24/7 underground parking lot nearby that was v affordable (~ €20/day). Powerful A/c and cozy bed in main bedroom. 100% highest recommendation!

Great place for a short stay. 10 min drive to a city centre. The bed is super comfortable and kitchen is equipped for everything to have a breakfast. Mercadona supermarket is in a walking distance which is very convenient. Very nice place.

José Carlos gave us an excellent welcome. The apartment is clean and meets our expectations. He gave us all the possible explanations for parking our vehicle near the metro that took us to the historic center of Seville. We will keep fond memories of our accommodation, which we recommend to future guests.

very clean, well secured accommodation with space in the basement of the car. André and Gemma are super nice and very responsive in case of any concerns. The area is quiet. with small restaurants nearby. you can easily walk there. I recommend it.

Nacho is a great host, always available and ready to help. His place is just like described and seen on pictures with free parking in front of the building which means a lot if you are travelling around by car. I would recommend choosing his apartment if you are looking for something with great price performance and free parking.

We had a lovely stay here and experienced no issues. The cats were both very friendly!

We really enjoyed the days at Sérgio's house, a very friendly host, always very helpful even before and after the stay, everything corresponds to what we were told. I highly recommend this experience, the house has everything you need for a few days well spent, the children loved the pool and the trampoline, they were great for their fun! Irene was super friendly, the apartment is just like the photos and is surrounded by bars and super relatively close. It is a 100% recommended apartment to spend your stay in Seville.
