Can’t say enough nice things about Nico’s place. Very clean and spacious, had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. Patio was so pleasant to sit out on and have wine. Highly recommend!

Maria was an always available host, the house in a perfect location to be able to comfortably walk around the city despite the Semana Santa did not prevent us from fully enjoying the days in Seville.

Very nice, bright, comfortable flat right around the corner from Alameda de Hércules. Elitsa was very thoughtful and generous. When she saw that it would be raining when I arrived she bought an umbrella and it was waiting for me when I checked in. Overall it was a fantastic stay in Sevilla.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is just as described, very stylish and clean. The location is great with beautiful surroundings, lots to do within walking distance. The host provides very clear instructions and the communication was smooth throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

The host's check-in instructions were very clear, strictly as pictured, and it was easy to check in and park.The space is spacious and comfortable for our husband and wife, and indeed as pictured, the green is elegant.There are two large supermarkets, and the restaurants are abundant, and there are European, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants.You can go to attractions like the Duomo on foot. The living room window is underneath the🍊 orange trees, rich in fragrance and colorful Sevilla, worth staying for a few days.

The apartment is situated right in the heart of the winding alleys but is quiet and peaceful. It is just a few minutes walk to all major sites and many good restaurants . It was great to have the additional toilet with four of us staying and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. There are three dehumidifiers which needed emptying a couple of times a day but it never felt damp. Pilar communicated all details clearly and was very helpful allowing us early access to leave our bags. Her friend was there to greet us and explain all the keys! A great find in the heart of Seville.

Very quiet site to disconnect with friends or family. The area is very quiet and Antonio is very clear and communicator with everything. Definitely back, 100% recommended.
