The building has two floors (with an apartment on each one), plus the communal terrace with wonderful views of the Salvador church. The building and the apartment have been recently restored respecting the original elements. This AMAZING duplex apartment full of natural light is located in a PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of historic district of Seville. This prime and quiet location has one of the best views of the neighborhood , facing a convent from the XVII century, as you can imagine, this UNIQUE atmosphere creates perfect place to relax and unwind after visiting vibrant Seville. Modern, refurbished, high specs apartment on a central quiet part of beautiful Seville. 10 min walk to all the monuments, 5 min away from main bus station. Beautiful open plan kitchen, loads of light with a king size bed bedroom with balcony to main street. There is also gorgeous living room with balcony too with a sofa bed in case you are more than 2. Both rooms have AC a must in Seville from spring to autumn. Great for a short visit or for a long one, great value for money.
