We arrived on the day of the blackout but in the end Juan handled it very well The apartment is very good, clean, the parking space is a real plus. We are a 25-minute walk through small streets, each one more pleasant than the last, from the cathedral and the Real Alcázar. Thank you Juan for hosting us

This small apartment was perfect for our 5 day trip to Seville. It had a fully stocked kitchen which I was able to cook breakfast in. There is a supermarket nearby for supplies. The roof terrace was perfect for relaxing either before or after sightseeing & we used the shared washing machine on the terrace to refresh some clothing as it had become quite hot throughout our visit. The apartment has air con but it stayed nice & cool anyway inside. Others have mentioned the bed; yes it is a bit creaky & a little soft but we slept fine & the apartment block echoes any noises of neighbours but again this did not affect us. There are some lovely bars & restaurants nearby and the main tourist area is approx 15 minutes walk which was perfect for us as we like to experience all of a city.

The penthouse is very nice, as shown in the photos. Very clean and tidy. The terrace is ideal. Very well located. Alberto is a very good host, friendly and polite. She's been on hold on to the entire stay. He responds quickly. If I go back to Seville, I won't hesitate to book again, because it's worth staying there. I recommend it!

excellent hosts, perfect location, good value for money. Worth mentioning the staircase up to the sleeping area which could be an issue for people with mobility issues (just something to be aware of)

Very cozy apartment that by looks just like the photos and was very clean. Easy to walk to many restaurants and attractions. Area felt very secure and quiet.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the historic district within easy walking distance of all of the places you’ll want to visit. Juan was also the perfect host. He met us at the apartment and helped move our bags in. He then drove with me to the underground parking (about a 10 min walk away) where we left our car for the full 5 days we were in Seville. We just didn’t need it - could walk to everything! Juan had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived along with fresh oranges and strawberries. Beer and water were in the fridge. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the apartment was neat and clean. Juan checked in later to make sure we were okay and was even able to accommodate a short notice request from us to stay an extra day. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Juan!

This gorgeous little apartment is located in the heart of the tiny lanes and streets of old Seville. It is not spacious, but is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has everything you need (even heated towel racks!) and a great rooftop area to dry washing in a snap. Absolutely loved our stay here and would come back!

Beautiful and clean apartment in a prime location: the important sights within walking distance and there are several buses stopping at the door. Lots of restaurants are close by. Juan is very friendly, and he gave us many tips. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and the beds were lovely.

I stayed for four weeks in this nice, spacious and homely apartment that is very tastefully decorated. It was my first "workation". The air B&B feels like a home. In the kitchen there are herbs and spices that you can use! I was unfortunate that it rained a lot so I was unfortunately unable to make little use of the green courtyard. The neighborhood but especially the people here stole my heart: the bakery on the corner, the bar la Pajarita, the small pizza restaurant Carusi on Calle Baños....I'm homesick and I'll definitely be back. My contact was through Juan who speaks good English. He is so very friendly. I was very lucky to stay here for four weeks. See you soon!

Rocío's apartment is in a very good location, it is comfortable and we were able to see Seville on foot, and the host was very attentive at all times. We recommend it.

We liked the place and its proximity to the tourist places of Seville. Nice apartment, well lit, safe and clean.

Sergio was a gem! A wonderful host who was exremely friendly and helpful. His flat was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very well located. There was a wonderful flamenco presentation right down the street. And, it was just a short walk across the bridge from Triana to view the Seville attractions. I highly recommend Sergio and his flat!

Location, location, location - oooh, and a terrace to die for right outside the bedroom. An untold number of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, and the whole of Central Sevilla within 15 minutes, Triana too. Our second visit and definitely not our last.

Everything was great!

Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is great, easily accessible to the Setas, Sierpes, the Alameda as well as the Cathedral. The apartment matched the description and all the amenities were very helpful for our group staying here. I would definitely stay here again!
