Comfortable and quiet house a few minutes from downtown Seville.

Our stay at Isabel's was great, the most beautiful BNB we've ever had! the garden is peaceful, an oasis of freshness in the middle of the heat of Seville. The pool and terrace are very nice, the house is pretty, well furnished and pleasant to live in. The bedding is very good, and the house stays cool when it's 34 degrees outside. Isabel is a very nice host, due to her availability and attention, as well as her dog duke who was good company for us and our dog. It's easy to park on the street, and the bus is a few hundred meters away, which leads to the metro quickly. We warmly recommend this listing, which we regretfully leave.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seville. The apartment is very spacious and two-story. The architecture and furnishings of the apartment were extremely authentic and we liked them very much. That's what makes Airbnb, Airbnb! The apartment is located in the northern old town in a quiet location on a side street. There are many small bars and restaurants in the area. Communication with the friendly host was very easy and fast! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A week of perfect disconnection surrounded by nature.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Jose is a very good host. The apartment is clean and spacious. We thought maybe it was closer to the center, but by bus you are 15 or 20 minutes away

We were very comfortable. The location is very good and it is a quiet neighborhood with areas to be able to walk with our dog

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

everything better than we expected, a spacious house, clean and even better than in photos. No problem communicating with the hosts, with clear instructions to get in and out. The house is very well stocked and the perfect place. We will certainly repeat it. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay: had we planned better or longer, we would stay for a week, even a month. The premises are well maintained, furnished, and spotless. There is ample room to enjoy oneself and others The hosts are simply the best we have encountered. We feel blessed and grateful to have met them, and they deserve a 6/5.

A perfect place for a family stay. An available host, attentive. The house is very well equipped and maintained and the exteriors are super nice. The airport and the center of Seville are accessible by car. A place to remember!

We have spend a fantastic holidays. Martens house was perfect for us. Nice location closed to metro and supermarket.

We had a great stay in beautiful Seville. With a young family, we liked that it was a gated community and also right by the river. It is a lovely walk into the city along the river (although the walk to the main sights of Seville was a bit far with young children). Luckily, there was a bus stop right outside with direct buses to all the main areas so it wasn't a problem for us. Inside, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the pictures and much bigger than expected. Pedro was helpful, responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend for a trip to Seville (which is a wonderful city).

This house has the best of all worlds: amazing location, comfort & convenience, and real Spanish character. Me and my two sons had a great time staying here and exploring the city! The only thing to be aware of is that the Internet doesn't work well - it's particularly spotty and slow on the two living floors with no signal at all in the kitchen area. We were out most of the day and used my phone as a hotspot when needed, so it wasn't a huge issue, but if you need it for work purposes, it may be a problem for you.

Nestor hosted us for two nights in his apartment. He was immediately a very welcoming and helpful person. He gave us a lot of useful information to get around Seville. on the day of checkout, he offered to leave us the house for the whole day, if we wanted to rest or settle in after a day of walking through Seville. a wonderful host, highly appreciated and recommended.

clean and perfect place to enjoy Seville. The city center is easily accessible by bus with lines 37 and 1 which are within a 5 min walk. Jorge was extremely available and kind everything was perfect. I would recommend it. The price is a little high anyway for the service.

Perfectly located attic apartment. The terrace is the standout aspect of this place. Plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Close to all tourist sites. But peaceful at night too. Could do with being stocked with a few kitchen basics (e.g. coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing up liquid). But otherwise everything was spot on.
