Jose and Maria (owners) The accommodation consists of: A bedroom with elegant decor on the headboard wall and a window that invites you to the most pleasant rest and privacy, with percale cotton bedding, two different types of pillows for guests to choose from, a handcrafted wooden closet, blackout curtains on the window, and air conditioning. Welcome details. Equipped kitchen for preparing some breakfasts and meals while you explore Jerez and the surrounding area. Bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and hair straightener, plus a small heater for winter days. This apartment is not ready to receive children, as much as possible only adults. This accommodation has an underground parking square that you will access with license plate reading in "Parking Alameda Vieja" that is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and is for the exclusive use of our guests!

The apartment is on Calle Armas, located next to the Plaza del Arenal, in the city centre. It has two bedrooms, one of them with two beds, and the other one with three, one bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. And a living room, where you can rest on the couch after walk around the city. You can watch TV or enjoy the air conditioner cooling the entire apartment. There is a communal rooftop where you can enjoy taking in the sun, drink beer or simply relax. Linens and bath towels included. Very close to monuments including churches and the cathedral, it’s almost in front of the Alcazar and the most famous winery of the world, Gonzalez Byass (popular Jerez/sherry wine). The Royal Equestrian School (only two in Europe, Austria/Jerez). Teatro Villamarta and Flamenko shops are also very close by. Near to typical spanish restaurants where you can taste Tapas, sangria and Sherry.
