The apartment is exactly like the pictures – clean, cozy, and very well located. You can walk almost everywhere, and there are plenty of places nearby. Juan was always helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Everything was spotless, and we really felt at home. Totally worth it – we would definitely stay here again!

Loved it instead. A very but very nice apartment, very well located, even those who inhabit the building are friendly. Everything is very close and the truth, I thought everything is so local. It's an amazing experience. The apartment is quite comfortable, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and very good that has a washer and dryer. It has parking very close and super markets too. Carlos was a very good host, very attentive and super attentive to us, he would always answer us if you had any questions. 100% recommended and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rafael's apartment. The apartment is located in a beautifully renovated house, is very quiet and yet in the middle, restaurants and bars just around the corner, and all the main attractions of Seville within walking distance. Rafael provided us with great tips (!!!) for restaurants and things to do in the city and was always available - and being greeted in person was also a very nice change. We would definitely visit again. Clear recommendation! In addition, important information about the nearby parking garage Saba: Be sure to book multi-day/day tickets online in advance, otherwise it will be very expensive.

Lovely stay in the heart of Santa Cruz - great location and clean, spacious apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Seville!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description. Very clean and equipped with everything needed. Very quiet area, about 20-25 minutes from downtown and about 10 minutes from the station. Guillermo is very attentive. 100% recommended.

From the day we made the booking, Manu was a friendly, communicative, and proactive host. This continued in the run up to our stay and while we were actually in Seville, when he made regular contact to ensure all was OK, and provide us with local recommendations. As other guests have observed, the location in a local neighbourhood (rather than the centre), with lots of good restaurants and food shopping nearby, makes for a great stay. It is a 25/30 minute walk to reach the Cathedral and the Real Alcaraz but we were comfortable with this, and whilst we did not use public transport during our stay, it was apparent that there were frequent buses to access the centre. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a wonderful, beautiful, and vibrant city.

We had a great stay and everything was perfect. I’d definitely like to stay again.

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Manuel is a great host, he cares about his guests and has accurate recommendations and the best attitude. His place is magical, he takes care of every detail and it felt authentic, cozy and colorful. We’ll definitely come back!

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

Pilar and her team were great. Very easy to contact and always available to help and offer suggestions and recommendations. The location is amazing. It was a great choice.

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Best location ever! Garage parking is a big plus when you are traveling by car, because there is no place to park your car in Seville. Great restaurants right outside your door, and Starbucks is just 1 min walking distance from the apartment. A lot of nice local coffee shops to get the great pastry! Absolutely loved the interior design and apartment furniture, super comfortable beds, and enough storage in the closets. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

Easy parking at the premises

Alicia is lovely. She responds in a minute. Very attentive and gives you recommendations based on the type of trip you're taking. The location for us was perfect because it was close to the old Expo area and we had to go every day. The house is cozy, with air conditioning and super clean. Everything is perfect.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

Great apartment. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Great service from check-in, very kind owner. Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets and also several tourist spots. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly.

Thank you José and Arturo for being so welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and linens were especially comfortable. It was so quiet; excellent sound proofing! Would definitely visit again.
