Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Isla de La Cartuja

The apartment is exactly like the pictures – clean, cozy, and very well located. You can walk almost everywhere, and there are plenty of places nearby. Juan was always helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Everything was spotless, and we really felt at home. Totally worth it – we would definitely stay here again!

I have traveled around Southern Spain in the past week and stayed in several Airbnb properties, by far this is the best. It is centrally located in Seville, and literally I could walk to Seville Cathedral in 30 seconds. I enjoyed peaceful morning before tourists arrived, and late night after everyone left. There are tons of restaurants shops near the property. The apartment is renovated and well maintained. Lots of rooms for a family. No doubt, I feel lucky staying there. The host communicated with me extremely well. Thank you!

Lovely stay in the heart of Santa Cruz - great location and clean, spacious apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Seville!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Todo perfecto. El apartamento exactamente como en las fotos y la descripción. Muy limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario. Zona muy tranquila, a unos 20 -25 minutos del centro y a unos 10 de la estación. Guillermo muy pendiente. Recomendable 100%.

I absolutely loved my stay. Natalia was a great responsive host, she made checking in so easy. Communicated with me the entire time, sent me recommendations. Everything was near by and walkable, central to all the main highlights of Sevilla. The apartment is even better in person, beautiful, modern, super clean, and just overall unforgettable just like the rest of the city. The building it’s in also very clean, and peaceful. My only regret was not staying there longer! Thank you so much Natalia!

Abbiamo trascorso un magnifico soggiorno nell’appartamento di Maria. Siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo Luis che ci ha aiutato con le valigie. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, super attrezzato e arredato con gusto; la posizione è perfetta a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Siviglia. Maria e Luis ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sui ristoranti e sono stati molto gentili. Da consigliare senza esitazioni!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Très bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel et bien situé. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et la communication est claire et facile.

Increíble ubicación, en una zona peatonal desde la que puedes caminar a algunas de las atracciones más importantes de Sevilla, cultura y docenas de restaurantes para elegir a tu gusto. Una vista muy bonita al frente de la Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael es un gran anfitrión, excelente comunicación y muy amable en todo momento. Hay un poco de ruido por las noches, pues el departamento está justo sobre algunos restaurantes que tienen mesas en la calle, pero es un pequeño precio a cambio de una gran ubicación.

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

El apartamento estaba genial, todo muy limpio, ordenado y Mariló no se ha dejado escapar ningún detalle.. ha sido muy atenta y amable, contestaba rápido a los mensajes.. situado en una zona muy tranquila y a unos 20 min en coche del centro.. no nos ha faltado de nada.. lo recomiendo!!!

Alicia es encantadora. Responde al minuto. Muy atenta y te da recomendaciones en función del tipo de viaje que haces. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta porque estaba cerca de la zona de la antigua Expo y teníamos que ir todos los días. La casa acogedora, con aire acondicionado y súper limpia. Todo perfect.
