I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone planning a visit to Seville. It is a spacious, bright, well located house in a very quiet area. It had everything you need for a stay of a few days or even weeks. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, the living room was spacious, the bedroom too, the bathroom was impeccable when I arrived, the shower space is large, it was really very comfortable to spend my days in this beautiful city in this house, thank you for everything!

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Manon and Julien were very welcoming. We immediately liked them. They gave us plenty of tips to make our stay go smoothly (for visits, for access to the metro, to book our train tickets to Cordoba, etc.). The accommodation was close to a metro stop (400 meters from the accommodation), 4 stations from the center of Seville. The air conditioning in the accommodation was very nice. Very comfortable bedding. I would recommend this place without a problem!

Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

Very good stay, Miguel is super friendly and was always available if we needed anything, he also helped us by sending us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. A 10!

We loved our stay! Veronica was very responsive and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time which was helpful for our travel day. Located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

We stayed for a Hen do of 13 ladies! The Villa exceeded our expectations, and Ana made us feel so welcome and at home. Ana recommended a paella chef and Pilates instructor to come to the villa and provide a private experience for us. This was very special! Sometimes our taxi’s struggled to find the address of the villa on the return back from days/evenings out. We weren’t sure why this was, just always double check the address is correct before returning as we did get dropped off in some different locations at times. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Ana and your family for a wonderful experience.

Pilar and her team were great. Very easy to contact and always available to help and offer suggestions and recommendations. The location is amazing. It was a great choice.

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious apartment on Calle Sierpes, which is very centrally located. It is only 3 minutes walk to La Setas and 10-12 minutes to the Alcazar. The street and the surrounding areas are lined with shops, restaurants and cafes. Also, there is a historic jewish flea market in the vicinity which takes place every Thursday. The apartment is quite big and has all the amenities as mentioned in the listing. The place is spotlessly clean too. Reyes is a very responsive host and gave good recommendations.

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Carolina always attended to me promptly and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I got it right because it's perfect for relaxing and being quiet. Would choose it again.
