Mooi accommodatie in goed gebied. Host antwoordt heel snel en zorgde dat alles in orde kwam toen er een klein probleem was met de sleutel. Zeker een aanrader!

Schöne, gräumige Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage mit toller Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum durch die anliegende Bushaltestelle. Küche super ausgestattet, Bad ebenfalls. Blick auf die Nordkette auch super. Für Innsbruck auch ein starkes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr großzügig und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick. Zwei Balkone mit Sitzmöglichkeiten lassen zudem keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet wie zu Hause.

Tanja was a wonderful host, and brought us a lovely homemade chocolate and hazelnut cake while we were there, she was a delightful lady. The sauna was exceptional, the apartment was squeaky clean, and the wee valentines rose was special. The welcome pack was fabulous, and looking forward to drinking the parting gift of schnapps and homemade elderflower cordial. The location is very central and easily walkable to the town centre. A wonderful place to stay.

Look no further! Monika's accommodation has everything you need for both short and long stays. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is very warm. Every morning we had coffee in the garden which is beautiful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, there is a bus on every 20 minutes that goes to the center of Innsbruck, it takes less then 20 minutes by bus to the city center. Monika is a great host, she is very helpful and replys really quickly. All in all, we are very satisfied with the accommodation and if we come again, we will definitely come to Monika's place.

Usually, we visit Alps 2-3 times per year for hiking activities with our kids. This time we chose to stay in Obern, Leutasch, at Werner's place. The location was great, very close to hiking areas and beautiful Alpine's landscapes. The communication with Werner was fast and easy. The apartment itself has 2 well-equipped bedrooms and a kitchen with everything in it. The living room's size was appropriate for us. The area was calm and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will consider going there again, since the apartment itself and its location are great with many places that we still need to visit.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Aus jedem Fenster eine tolle Aussicht und die Unterkunft selbst war auch super. Maria und Familie waren super nett! Können wir weiter empfehlen :)

Wir (meine Frau, 3 Kinder 1,4,6, unser Hund und ich) haben gemeinsam mit unseren besten Freunden (Paar mit Säugling) eine Woche in der Panorama Lodge verbracht und sind noch immer absolut begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Der Ausblick durch die "Panoramafront" im Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse ist unglaublich. Aber auch sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr hochwertig, gemütlich,geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Zudem war alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber Anja und Edi sind herzlich und sehr nett. Sie haben unseren Freunden zudem bei einer Reifenpanne geholfen, was besonders nett war. Wenn wir noch einmal in die Region fahren, werden wir definitiv als erstes die Verfügbarkeit der Panorama Lodge prüfen.

Apartamento ideal, perfectamente equipado. Petra es super atenta. Lo recomendamos 100%. Ubicado en una zona muy tranquila a 10 min del centro.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Leutsch verbracht und haben Lust auf mehr bekommen. Klein und einfach aber für zwei mit Hund völlig ausreichend.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Birgit verbracht. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und hatte alles zu bieten, was wir gebraucht haben. Mit dem Bergpanorama waren wir schnell im Urlaubsfeeling und können die Unterkunft von unserer Seite empfehlen.

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Wunderschöner Blick von einer der Terrassen und ein wundervolles Haus für den Aufenthalt einer Familie 😍 Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen mit drei Kindern plus Hund 🐶 unterwegs zum Winterurlaub und das Haus ist perfekt für einen solchen Trip. Heidi ist super, was die Instruktionen angeht und es war alles da, um einen schönen Urlaub zu garantieren. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür 👍

Wonderful apartment! The location is hard to overestimate: old center, public transport stop, city parking garage, restaurants, museums, etc. Alan is very friendly and responds instantly. The apartment has everything you need: kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher, bed linen, bath accessories, hair dryer and most importantly - lots of space! Parents with children will understand - you are kind of with them, but kind of not, they have their own room, with three sleeping places. The noise from the street comes through a little, but the gorgeous view of the mountains covers everything! I recommend it.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host, Johannes, is very kind! The location is also great, close to the Old Town and a supermarket.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Wir (Familie mit Kind) können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, saubere und sehr angenehm eingerichtete Wohnung und gute Location. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great stay at David's place. The flat was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Check-in was flexible with the keypad, and we loved not needing a key. We really appreciated receiving the Innsbruck Welcome card, the possibility to store our luggage after checkout, and having more plates, cups and towels than people! We did miss having some hooks or other possibilities to hang jackets and wet clothes.
