Spacious design loft in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the last floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The Oberaldoss Wellness Residence is situated in the sunniest spot of S. Cristina village, surrounded by the unique landscape of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The view of the imposing Sassolungo, the world-famous Sella massif and other mountains of the Dolomites is breathtaking and unique. Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment La Grambla Saslonch 1 is located centrally in St.Christina In winter, thanks to the convenient location, the entire Dolomiti Superski ski area, with the famous Sellaronda, is practically at your doorstep. The 26 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.

Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.
