Our 2020 renovated apartment has sun from early to late. It is located directly in the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area. You are located at an altitude of over 1900 m. In other words, in summer you can start hiking right away. Picnic or stop at one of the inns. In winter, you start in front of the house with the skis, snowboard or sled. Or you can chill - enjoy the fantastic mountain views, the pure air, pure nature and relax! There are many possibilities. - TV works too!

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day
